Aaron's Rents Inc

I had some financial problems and fell behind on the payments.  One day my ex-boyfriend and I paid them, and they lost the payment.  They came to my house the next week when my mom and kids were laying down for a nap.  They banged on the door and were ringing my doorbell and scaring my kids and mom.  The door cracked from the first hinge down to the second hinge.  I stepped away from work for a minute to calm my children down.  I called Aaron’s to see what the problem was and that’s when I found out they lost my payment.  They have been harassing my mother and I ever since.  The next day I called the corporate office and they said they were going to fix it.  They sent two guys out to look at it and said I needed a new door.  They wanted to use their own contractor instead of the one I called.  I waited a long time for them to get back to me.  They called and to set up a time, but I had to consult with my sister and then call them back.  When I called them back they refused to answer.

They came out to deliver my washer and dryer to me and dropped my dryer off the back of my truck. They told me they would make it right, but I have heard nothing back from them. They were short staffed, and they sent someone out to deliver my items.
