UNEEDAMAID

The main item of concern was the damage to the 2 nightstands next to our bed in the master bedroom. They have marble tops and they used Windex on them. My wife came home and found the spots left on the marble by the Windex. When we moved the items that were on the night stand and look underneath, the spots were not there so we called and they came out, Admitted they used Windex, but their Windex did not do that. I called the owner (Amelia) and she came out and everything the 2 ladies that cleaned the house she changed. So they had gotten together and rehersed. Finally Amelia said that we were trying to get her to pay for something that we damaged and that she would see if they would send out a professional cleaner for the marble. That was over a week ago. I called and she said she had sent a letter. That was 5 days ago. No call from Ameila; no call from a marble guy and no letter. We have filed a complaint with the BBB with whom U Need A Maid is not a member (I blame myself for not checking into that) and so my advice to you is; IF YOU NEED A MIAD YOU DO NOT NEED A MAID FROM U NEEDA MAID!
