Grace came after 2 other companies had told me this pipe could not be repaired. They wanted to replace pipe for $1800.00 but ac unit is old so I was considering replacement. Quotes for new unit were between 11,000 - 14,000 so I called Cool Dude to get their quote. Grace took a look, told me she thought it could be repaired. I thought it was worth a try and so proceeded. For $370.00 my problem is resolved, pipe is working just fine after 3 days. Grace did a great job, was very professional, came out quickly and ultimately did what I needed to have done. Will call them whenever I have issues and will use them to replace unit when the time comes.

He was very efficient, professional and gave me a wonderful price after getting 3 estimates. Everything he did has passed the recent inspection with flying colors. Really good work and looks neat and clean

Called The Cool Dude as our AC was under warranty with that company. Told me exactly what the problem was over the phone and came out withing an hour. Friendly professional and fixed it in a jiffy. Next unit I buy will be from them.

Perfect! Service was excellent, he was punctual but best of all responsive and to the point. I already had an idea of how much it may cost if the issue was what he had thought of before he even got to the house.I called and within 45 minutes he was at my home and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Clay is an outstanding person, fair and gets the job done. He will not upsell you if not needed. Best service I have received in a very long time!!

Both the Cool Dude dispatch that handled my call and the service tech that came over were professional and courteous.  We had gotten a quote from another contractor who said that we needed a new condensor fan, switch and capacitor and then said that he recommends to replace the unit.  My wife had a feeling that other contractor was not being honest so we called Cool Dude. The Cool Dude tech came out and tested everything and said it all looked good and we did not need any repairs.    Thank goodness for Cool Dude, they are honest, prompt, and care about their customers.  I would definitely use them again would recommend them to anyone who needs AC work.

I have used Cool Dude and have known Clay for about 15 years. He has installed my heater and air conditioner and serviced any problems through the years. He is very professional and his prices are great. I have recommended Cool Dude to all my neighbors and have never had a complaint from anyone. What a pleasure to work with this company. My A/C stopped working and the inside temp was 87 along with major humidity had me sweltering! I called an A/C company that was recommended to me and explained my situation.  They told me they would send someone right out.....in 3 weeks!  I asked them to suggest someone else and they said I should try The Cool Dude.  I spoke with a very nice woman by the name of Lisa and told her my sad story.  She said there really wasn't anyone that she could send out; all the techs were already slammed.  But she said she would talk to the owner Carl and see if he would agree to come.  He called me a while later and told me what time he would get here.  He got here right on time.  He fixed the A/C quickly and for a very good price.  Instead of trying to sell me a new unit he suggested we limp along with the unit we have until we can save the funds to purchase a new one.  He also gave us some wonderful advice on what to do once we are ready to buy a new one.  I can not speak highly enough on this company.  They are fast, ethical and caring.  I will certainly buy the new unit from them and recommend them without reservation.

Clay did an outstanding job working with my busy schedule and finished his job in literally 20 minutes. AC is working again like a champ!

The owner is very knowledgeable and professional. He was honest with what to expect with given our budget. Our attic space is small and does not cover the whole roofline but his team was able to replace old ductwork and place new vents that our old system did not have. He made realistic recommendations based on our needs and what was a good fit for our house.

Our AC stopped working properly, we had an AC company out to look at it, $486.00 later, it still was not working properly, in fact, nothing had changed at all (other then the balance of our check book). I was weary of this company, as the man that came and did the work was unable to answer questions that I should think would be very basic for someone who works on AC's.
 Fast forward, we called The Cool Dude Air Conditioning. Before making arrangements for them to come out, we asked many questions over the phone, the gentleman we spoke with was very patient in answering our questions, and was very knowledgeable, as I would expect from someone whom's career this is. We decided to go with The Cool Dude. They were here when they said they would be, they were the most  courteous, respectful, kind, professionals we have ever had to hire for home improvements, appliance repair...   With the workers having to go in and out of the attic all day long, inside and outside the house... my floors should have easily been filthy when they were finished. No, in fact the path was even cleaner then it was before they got here, they left not even a speck of dirt.  Before they left, one of the gentlemen made sure I completely understood how the new thermostat worked, and told me if I have any further questions, to please call. My husband and I are so pleased with The Cool Dude Air Conditioning. We will not hesitate to refer them to all of our family and friends. I honestly can not express just how happy we are with every aspect of this transaction, and how thrilled I am to have an air conditioner that works perfectly.
