They were extremely thorough in marking each box, what room they came from, what shelf they were on. The whole bit was pretty impressive. They cleaned up water damage and packed up everything so the place could be repaired. I will use them again. The insurance company paid for it, that's how we found them.

They came out two days previous and then two days after the move, to pack and then come back and unpack and put everything away for her. They were very careful, wrapped everything individually. They were very friendly people and very professional. It was pretty extensive, they did a lot of work. It was extremely reasonable, I was very happy.

An upstairs toilet broke and poured water down the wall, affecting the upstairs bath and the downstairs breakfast room, including its ceiling. My insurance company sent Jerry Janek from ServiceMaster to my home that night (around 10:00PM) to begin assessing the damage. Mr. Janek and his coworker were among the most professional, friendly and personable individuals I have ever had working in my home. They enclosed the breakfast area in plastic sheeting, put moisture sensors around my house, and ran fans and dehumidfiers 24-7 for several days until the area was completely dry. They came to the house every day or evening at my convenience to check on the progress. Their prompt action limited the damage to my home. I recommend them enthusiastically and would not hesitate to call them if I needed their services again. (Note: the amount I paid was after my insurance company paid about $1500.)

They did a wonderful job, removing several crayon stains which are inevitable with children. They arrived on time and were very efficient. We couldn't be happier and are sure to use them again!
