Jon showed up when he said. Emptied the pools and preped it as explained before hand. The next day the coating was applied as explained and then left to dry 24 hours. The 3rd day the plastering was done as told and in timely manner. Area was kept clean at all times.

We engaged this pool service for weekly maintenance and cleaning so that pool would be "swim ready". Jon, the owner, is very friendly. Assigned an employee that he personally trained to do the work. We were unhappy with the service, because we never knew the extent of the work done. We asked, several times, for a report showing what services were performed on the pool. All we got was a business card with the PH and Chlorine readings. To be fair, we can't say that there was anything wrong with the maintenance, but their unwillingness to provide a weekly report made us cancel the service.

He is friendly and professional. He was prompt. His estimate was very close to the final price and there weren't any big surprises. He is personable.
