The only thing I have to complain about is Paul is hard to get in touch with and hard to get to come out. I think that's because he has so much work, and does it all himself.
The guy knows what he's doing and does an excellent job. I had him out for one problem, and he found several other issues, and fixed them all. Prices were reasonable, especially considering this guy is such a pro at what he does.

It took a while to get him out (about 3 calls) because he is so busy, being one of the few people capable of working on these old roofs. He worked for about 1.5 hrs and mentioned a 1 year warranty and that it may take 3 calls to fix all leaks. He sealed about 5 of 10 leaks the first time out, and I am pending his 2nd call out to fix the remaining leaks.
