pool cleaners
 + -1 moreVery poor. All phases of the contract were behind schedule. Contractor ran into cash flow problems, thereby unabling the firm to meet their contractual commitments. Communications from firm to contractor were very poor and often times misleading.
Description of Work: Swimming Pool and Spa new build construction.
