My roof had damage from a hail storm. Nick was present when the Insurance adjuster came out to evaluate the roof damage, which was a good idea, Nick made sure that the adjuster covered all of the roof damage, window glazing and gutter damage. Nick and his Sub-Contractors did a great Job. Nick and his Roofing Crew did an excellent job with no problems. The Gutters Window Glass and Siding was subbed out. The best part of the job was Nick was present with the Gutter, Paint, and Window Glass when they came out to give a bid and followed up with them to make sure that I was satisfied with the work the Gutter, Window Glass,Siding and Paint was done. I would definitely recommend Nick for your Roofing Work and his subcontract people.

Everyone at Ochoa Roofing was courteous and professional from getting our quote to the completion of the project. Nick was very quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. The crew that did the roofing and siding worked well and cleaned up everything at the end of the job. We got just what we wanted and the work looks great. I never knew I could be so in love with a roof or siding! ?

Can't say enough great things about Ochoa Roofing & Beyond. They completely redid my roof and shingles in under 2 days. Being fast is one thing but the quality of work is amazing. My neighbors have been asking about the work and asking for their card. They left the yard spotless. Nick the owner was very kind and patience with all of my questions and concerns. And I had a lot of questions. I did get a few bids, but their bid was an electronic bid with photos and very thorough. Very professional all around. There were no hard to understand fine print. The final cost was exactly what was bid. There were zero surprises. Everything went well and I opted for one of their best warranty packages. Their better warranty packages pricing was lower than some of the other bids I got that cost more with less years for warranty so it was a no brainer. It was also nice to deal with Nick the owner and being a family owned business, I feel they really care about their customers. I highly encourage and recommend them for any of your roofing needs. Early in the project we found the wrong shingles were delivered. Nick Ochoa took immediate action found replacements of the right shingle and corrected the issue immediately.

First, the estimate was given for $325. However, I got a call saying that because the replacement down spout is 2 storey, it will cost $450. I asked for the Angie's List discount of $50, and was told this is after the said discount. Well, I was reluctant so he agreed to $400 provided cash payment was made. The crew came as promised, on time. However, they did not bring any ties to attach the down spout to the concrete wall. They started removing old rusted ties from the fallen spout. I said no. So, the guy went to nearby Home Depot and got some non standard hooks to use as ties. If the job was to replace a down spout, they should have come with the materials needed to do the job. As far as cleaning the gutter, they simply blew the leaves from the gutters without actually cleaning them and when they started to leave, I asked when will they clean the gutters. I was told that they only blow the leaves from the gutters. When I showed them the leaves and debris stuck in various spouts, they reluctantly ran the water through them. I would not use them again for any work as their attitude was to just do the minimum work and charge maximum price. Also, Agie's List discount does not mean anything as they simply jack up the price and then pretend they gave you the discount.

Project went smoothly and efficiently without issue. Nick Ochoa, the company owner, is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The quality of the work of his crew is exceptional in my opinion. The new roof looks and functions great and I can say I am very pleased with all aspects of the completed job. Based upon the finished product I received, I have recommended this company to my friends and co-workers without reservation. I will certainly be talking with them about new gutters in the near future.

Crew arrived on time and did work in timely, professional manner. They communicated well with me about issues they encountered. They worked on a Saturday due to weather delays during the week. I would use them for future work.

Good clean up afterwards. Very reasonable pricing. I definitely feel that we got our money's worth. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nick was great! He deals with you directly, so no sales guys or gimmicks. He explains everything really well and is clear about what the work will entail. He was able to take the measurements and give a quote in writing very quickly. He was knowledgeable and patient to answer all our questions and didn't pressure us to sign any contracts right on the spot. He communicated very well and got the job done in one day. His crew's work was outstanding and his crew cleaned up after themselves so you didn't even know they were even there.

Years ago I contact Nick to check on what I though was a lack of sealing in one of the roof exhaustion pipes. He came down and climbed to the roof just to assure me that I had no problems that needed fixing. He even did not charged me a penny for that. After the hurricane we found a leakage in the roof and knew exactly who to call for it. Nick promptly replied to all my messages and scheduled the service in a timely manner, even though he was busy with so many requests after the hurricane. The job was completed within the same week of initial contact and with no further expenses than the initial estimate. Would highly recommend and use his services again.

I called him on Tuesday and we scheduled an appointment for that upcoming Friday. Nick had a cancellation on Thursday so he came out a day earlier, got on my roof, gave me what I thought was a fair estimate, and even showed me a video of the damage on my roof. He was out there the next day and everything was completed in a matter of 2 to 3 hours. I'm honestly not sure it could've gone any smoother . We have not had any rain so I cannot tell you the quality of the roof repair as of yet, but from my experience, I am quite sure that if there is an issue, Nick will be out here immediately to fix it.
