Please note that NSG has not actually provided kitchen remodeling for me.  My review is on the very first stage of getting to the kitchen remodeling part.  I made an appointment to come for free consultation.  When I came for my appointment, the person whom I was to see was sick.  That in itself is fine but why couldn't they make the efforts to contact me or assign someone else to help me?  At least show that they appreciate you.  If they had said at least, so sorry, let's make another appointment, I would not feel so bad.  I drove to see them and treated like they don't want the business.  Already a bad sign for me anyway.

Our contact at NSG for the design and material selection was Trent Bird (project mgr) and from our first visit to their Murphy road showroom, he was very knowledgeable in various products and recommendation of materials to stay within budget, but still provide a quality and appeasing end result.
Trent was very flexible in getting the design/color scheme looking right, even allowing us to select other products from outside sources and have NSG install them in project. We did our checking with other sources and NSG pricing was comparable. Our only concern at the time was no Angie’s list references. NSG did provide a very good scope listing of what the project would entail, and we went into more detail, which Trent included in our contract.
Once the contract was signed the project was scheduled 2-3 weeks out for material arrival, and NSG assigned Gus as the site crew foreman lead. The job was scheduled for 3 weeks duration and that is exactly what it took. At all times NSG was prompt in their arrivals to the project and keeping us posted along the way. Trent and Gus were very good in recommending small changes along the way with us to get a clean finished product in the end. All the trades that were used by NSG were all professional and were respectful.
Scope recap:
- Demo old bathroom down to bare walls.
- Install new tub/fixtures
- Enlarged shower area and installed tile, new fixtures, new frameless enclosure.
- New vanity cabinet, sinks, countertop, framed mirror, fixtures.
- New electrical vanity lights
- Installed radiant floor heating grid
- Installed new floor tiling
- Repainted entire bathroom
Overall I would use NSG again and highly recommend them.

Natural Stone Gallery did an excellent job with my counter tops. The installers that performed the work were very friendly, polite, and professional. They never complained when I asked numerous questions. They followed all my instructions to a tee. I am very satisfied. They couldn't have done a better job. They provided accurate price quotes. I would definitely recommend them.
