Miracle Doors of Houston

Went very well. Arrived on time and got it done in a couple of hours. Looks a whole lot better. Very pleased

Had a good experience with Miracle Doors refinishing our wooden garage door. Before the appointment they were quick to respond to calls and emails. The morning of the appointment he showed up on time at 8 AM and worked all day until about 5 PM. Our door is only 3 years old but needed extra sanding due to sun damage which accounted for some extra time. And the finished product looks great. He recommended that the homeowner apply some sealant every 3 months or so. And also recommended to have them return every year or so to refinish for half price of the original refinish. I paid $600 which was cheaper than some of the other quotes I got at $700 & 750. Time will tell how well it holds up but I'm happy with it so far.

They did a wonderful job. Would definitely hire again. A few timing issues, but nothing that caused us to be inconvenienced in any way.

Had to re-schedule one time due to rain in forecast for scheduled day of service. Not a big deal, but I did have to call them after a few days to do the re-scheduling. When the painters arrived and evaluated the door (material, color, sun exposure), they recommended a high-quality paint instead of stain for better durability. I agreed and the work was done in a reasonable time. Happy with the result so far.

The men from Miracle Door arrived right on time. I received an email as well as a phone call to remind me of the appointment a few days in advance. They got right to work removing my door and very carefully taped a large sheet of plastic into the opening. The glass in the door and sidelights were protected with newspaper. The process took just a couple of hours, and a door that looked like new was re-installed. Of course the sidelights were refinished in place. The surrounding trim was taped and protected. We also had them replace the weatherstripping. We are very happy with the result and have signed up for their annual maintenance program. The office manager and workmen were all extremely professional. It was obvious that they cared about this job. They were people that I was happy to have working in my home.

I took advantage of a winter special discount that they offered in the month of December. They were very courteous and professional.
