The service were great, very professional and clean. I have no problems with them. They have been good to me. They always shows up when they said they would.

They will come back if they don't do it right the first time.  I finally fired them after several weeks of unsuccessful cleaning of a 1 story house.  There wasn't consistency in who was cleaning the house, nor on the process of cleaing.  Many times the counters in the kitchen were not all cleaned, didn't appear to understand how to clean a glass cooktop, and didn't appear to know how to clean tile flooring.

I have used them and I think they are too expensive.  It was a completely empty house and there was nothing in it before we moved in.  We had to go behind them and do all the window sills and the blinds and that was something that was in the contract for them to do. One lady comes out, you tell them what you want then you have to sign this piece of paper and then they send people out the next day or whenever they are available and they start to do what is on the list. They did not do a hundred percent. I guess it was really just the windows that they did not do and that was in there. Their response was not good. They were very professional.

THE MERRY MAIDS DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING OUR HOME. NO MATTER WHAT, THE CREW COMES, THEY KNOW HOW WE WANT THE HOUSE CLEANED AND THEY AIM TO PLEASE.
