Vera came out to the house to see what needed to be done. She is very organized! Presented me with a fair price and we scheduled the day. The cleaning crew showed up early! Houston Cleaning squad did an amazing job in making my new home spotlessly clean. The previous owner left the home really dirty so, I hire this company to clean up the mess. When I walked into my new home, not only did it look spotless but it smelled so clean. I really appreciate the diligence in their cleaning and I would definitely hire them again.

They were able to get everything done also provided tips on how to maintain. I asked questions about other cleaning needs and they were answered as well. Very professional. I've scheduled a deep clean for my house and the price quote given was great!

Very well. Vera called to make sure she knew what my priorities were before they came out. then she (Vera) also came as the second person. (The original second person assigned had to cancel for some reason.) They were exactly on time and were doing such good job I had them stay an extra hour to finish some additional tasks.

Vera was excellent and very helpful! I was in the process of moving and she and her staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond and I was VERY impressed with how much they were able to accomplish in a few hours. If I hadn't moved out of the area I would use this service again.

I have my monthly service guys who do it for 79 and it takes max 2 to 3 hours. I paid more and got 6 hours cleaning and my work was only half done.

"We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service, let me explained you when you buy this promotion it say clearly that we may not be able to clean the whole house, your house is a 3300 Square foot with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this size takes 8 hours average for a regular cleaning in a house that we come once a week. In your case the house was very dusty and your wife ask to clean ceiling fans, baseboards and window sills and we did it, the ladies did not stop for a minute until the time was over, they came on time and the only thing that was not complete was the mopping of the first floor, they asked your wife if she wanted to buy and extra hour and she said no. When asked if she was satisfied with the work she said yes. We do not know what kind of cleaning other company has done in your house in 4 hours, but certainly we know what services we offer. We are sorry again that we did not meet your expectations. Thank you Houston Cleaning Squad"
