They came out on time and were prompt. My piano was not working and they were honest and told me that it would cost more to fix the piano than it was for me to just buy a new one. They did no work.

When they finally arrived, I was shocked to see only 2 men. They were polite and said they could move it up the stairs, but they looked upset about it, and I didn't blame them! I said I had requested at least 3 men, and I asked them to make sure they could do it before they attempted it. They said they could. As they carried it up the stairs, they did damage my wooden staircase and surrounding moldings since they almost dropped it once. It tipped sideways and banged into the railing and wall. They managed to get control of it again, but it was VERY stressful. The poor guys groaned under the strain of moving it up the stairs, I felt terrible that they had to work so hard, and that the company did not follow through on their commitment to send enough men to do the job correctly. I called the company to complain and was told the man I initially spoke with would call me. I have never heard from him or anyone else at the company about the damage, though minor, that my home sustained.

They arrived on time and completed the task quickly, with requisite care.

I was told that the movers would arrive at approximately 9:30 am. When I had not heard from anyone by 10:15 I called the company and was told the crew would be there shortly. They arrived at approximately 10:40. I wasn't too concerned since I had taken the day off anyway. The moving crew was very professional and extremely careful with my piano. They were careful to cover all of the pieces so that nothing would get scratched or damaged. The disassembly took very little time and they arrived at the new address and delivered the piano in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company if you need to have a piano moved.

Everything went well. They picked the piano up within their time slot and delivered it to us within the arrival time slot. There was no damage. We would use them again.

The movers did a very good job handling and moving the piano.

Tuner was professional, interesting, and took the time to explain the process to me. He also called to say he was running a bit late and to ask for directions.

These folks were all polite and ready to please. The seller needed a phone alert to be at his house when they arrived and this company was very amenable to calling ahead. I even had to change the time needed to call ahead. They also arrived well within the time window we were given (way quicker than we expected). The movers placed it exactly where we wanted the piano and it arrived in excellent condition. I'm very pleased

THEY WERE QUICK, COURTEOUS, AND ON TIME. THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE OUT OF THE PIANO MOVERS I CALLED. THEY WERE DEFINITELY A GOOD CHOICE.
