As for his customer care, I watched Mr. Falsone with his other customers, who had known him for some 30 years, and he knew them by name and they trusted him implicitly. Mr. Falsone is a throwback to the neighborhood mechanic you can trust and depend on. While I hope I NEVER need a mechanic again, I will definitely go back to Falsone's Automotive INC.
I think he is honest. I think he fixes only what he thinks needs to fix. If he doesn't think that it's worth fixing he will tell you or he'll give you options of other things that you might do. So overall me as a woman I feel comfortable using him because I don't think he will take advantage of the fact that I don't know much about cars. He is really honest. He only does what he thinks is necessary to get done.
