I visited the Colony Limousine location on Mula Road in Stafford, Texas and all looked good.  On the day of the event (daughter's wedding)  the Hummer leaked from the moonrood and the door during a heavy rainstorm.  The driver was aware of the situation and even said the door leak came from the moonroof. as it leaked down from the roof to the door. The bridesmaids got wet.   The owner of the company refused to call me back.  This Hummer was sent out to us with a KNOWN leak (if the driver knew, then surely others at Colony knew).  I do not think $500 is the going rate for a LEAKING Hummer.  Shalita at Colony claimed to have power-washed the Hummer and no leak showed up.  Sorry, I have a bride and 4 bridesmaids who confirm the vehicle leaked.
FYI the professionalism I rated above was from the Office Staff, not the driver.  The driver was professional.

My guests miss the flight in the evening and were put on standby for the next morning flight. Representative accommodated the change and tentative reservation for the next morning. Got a call 5 am in the morning to confirm the reservation. After the confirmation, driver arrived on time and helped with the baggage arrived the previous evening kept in the luggage room.
All the people who I interacted were very professional and very helpful.

Our train was running late do to floods in Houston that day. I called the limo driver, told him we were running late, he said don't worry I'll wait for you. 2 hours late we finally arrived at the train station and there was our limo waiting for us. He grabbed our bags and loaded them and us into the limo and got us home with no problems. Because of us being so late he missed another pickup at the air port. He got a very good tip!

Driver was early and polished the car while waiting for us. Very clean car. Driver was very polite and carried our bags for us and placed them in the limo. Got us to the train station with no problems and on time.

I have hired several limousine companies in the past, and this by far the worst experience. Car arrived early. Driver was very unfriendly, curt and not very professional. The driver made many sudden starts and stops throwing us around the car, and spilling our champagne. I will never use this company again.

Everything went well. The driver was early and professional. Please instruct your drivers to give a firm handshake. A wet noodle handshake is not acceptable. I did not like the advertisements on the Limousine back window and rear door glass. We have never had a limo arrive with advertisement. It made us feel cheap and like we were riding in a rolling billboard.

HE WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS WAITING FOR US WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT AND SHOWED NO DISPLEASURE AT HAVING TO WAIT FOR OUR LUGGAGE, THOUGH THE LUGGAGE TOOK A CONSIDERABLE TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE BAGGAGE CAROUSEL.
