Picking out the product was great I like the products that they offer.  This was my first time dealing with a contractor to get bids etc.   My friends helped me pick out the tile, Shaun from Colony Flooring came out did the measurements for everything and the carpet.  My invoice for services was lump summed which I have had my other bathroom completed recently and it was broken out completely or itemized.  I would want it itemized next time with the actual name of my ceramic tile and the actual name of my carpet just not one lump sum figure.  The tear out went great I did like the teams that they used each one was excellent.  When it came time to install the carpet they did not order enough carpet for the whole house so it took longer to finish.  I felt at times what had been discussed with Shaun and what was translated to the individual tile installer was not translated down and that Shaun was out of town while trying to vocalize what I wanted with the tile installer.  The installer was excellent though.  I feel this company could improve their service to their clients by returning calls....I am still waiting for a strip of laminate border that was supposed to have been ordered for over a month and I continue to have to call and ask is it ordered?  Well, I will check let me get back to you?  No calls returned.  I then have to call again, oh yes I hear it is ordered and then the next time oh we are sending out a fella to get a sample. Again, the finished product looks great but this company is definitely lacking in customer service.

Crew was on time and very careful.  Heavy china cabinet and other furniture was skillfully moved and replaced.  Finished job is top notch.  Some precise cutting was required around door and other moldings which was done extremely well.

Pricing was actually a little better than internet research had predicted.

From walking in to Colony Flooring to the completion, everything went smoothly. Hassan (owner) is very professional and is very honest with his work. His team is also fabulous and showed up on time in the morning and were very respectful of my home.  We had a few issues with a few wood planks a few months later - I called Hassan and he sent one of his team member's right away to fix the issue. We will definitely use them again for other needs in our home. Thanks!

Went great. Showed up when they said they would, completed the job in a timely fashion. Were neat, tidy and respectful.

For punctuality when they showed up they were usually on time or close, only problem was, there were times when no one showed up and no phone call to say anything.  This happened multiple times.  When I would call office I would get told someone will get back to me and most times no one did. 
My main issue with them is I asked for several things to be done in bathrooms and had multiple visits to go over this.  Every time I was assured "NO PROBLEM".  But when it came to do the work all of the sudden it was "cannot do that"  "NOT IN THE CONTRACT".  I heard that a lot.    Seems that I had made a mistake and trusted them when I informed them what I want done.  Several things were "left out" and I missed them when I signed the work order ( my bad I know) .  And when I tried to get it fixed or worked around, it was just "not in contract" "not doing it", not how can we fix this or work around it.  So my recommendation is if you do use them, take a list of everything you want done and ask is this in contract explicitly .  Detail list all extras out in paperwork.  Don't assume that demolition means all walls and not just certain walls if you want all sheetrock removed.
Oh and their business card says complete kitchen and bath remodeling, how you can say complete when you don't do plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. is beyond me.  They do have a great plumber they contract out to though. 
Oh and just as an aside I found out that granite if broken can be glued back together and almost looks good as new. 
I will say this the actual workers did a pretty good job.  I really can't complain about them.  So that was the one redeeming factor. 
I had planned on using them for kitchen, now " NO WAY".

The process was seamless.  The workers were professional, timely, polite and knowledgeable.  First Colony Flooring cost was labor only and we provided the tub, fixtures, lights, shower door, etc.  This job was detailed and I was very particular.  Sean was responsive and kept in touch with the crew so was very aware of how the job was proceeding.  We replaced a corner tub with a free standing tub and floor mounted tub filler.  We also had a washlet installed with the toilet.  I was a bit worried about the results since these are not standard installations.  All went smoothly and the bathroom is beautiful.

They were very good. I was very pleased with the folks we dealt with at the office. They were actually excellent. They explained things. We found a piece of marble that was in their used pile that would actually meet our needs and they had no problem with that and gave us an exceptionally good discount on it. We're very happy with them.

We had to call them back a few times about the carpet since it was not stretched correctly. We could see the lines in it. They took longer than anticpated to get the job done as well. We were happy with the results of the ceramic tile. When we called, they seemed concerned with our issues and the owner came by to explain things and tried to remedy the situation.

It was a hard job but turned out better than it ever has for us. Our kitchen floor looks almost new. The carpet looks so fresh.

My experience went really well. I was very pleased with Colony Flooring & Design. They came in and did what they said they were going to do. When they came in, they were all prepared to work. Their crew were very courteous. They put protective tarp over my floors to keep them clean and free from damage. They cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

I thought they were wonderful. They were very helpful and explained a lot of stuff to us. They took a lot of time with us as well.

Overall, we were very pleased with the carpet and tile installation.  We would absolutely use these folks again!

I think that she was real happy with them. She said that they came in and did a good job, picked up and were gone. She was real happy with it. I did go there with her but we didn't shop around at any other places, so I couldn't really say how the price compared.

Recommend David for frabicating granite.  He was only person I dealt with who was on time and did very good work.  Everyone else I was in contact with were late for appointments, did not return calls and always some lame excuse.

I've always been very pleased with Colony Flooring & Design. They have done several projects for me that I've been pleased with.

It was hard to find someone to trust because I first used a big box warehouse place that also sells hardware, etc. When H.D. didn't provide a a quality product, I chose this company and would use them again for carpet. I have no experience with them for other types of flooring. Make sure to read the estimate for product as I failed to realize that sales tax had not been reported to me and that was a mild dark spot in my experience.

They didn't come when they said but it was right after Hurricane Ike. They did a beautiful install job. For the most part under the circumstances they were pretty good.
