To take a tip from Angi, Chilly Breeze is everything I could hope for and MORE! MUCH MORE! Bobby is THE BEST! He is honest, straightforward, careful, efficient--I just can't say enough about what great service he provides. He solves EVERYTHING you can imagine--calmly, quietly, and WELL. I've had my home for 27 years, and I've been through plenty of HVAC vendors. Bobby is head and shoulders above them all. And he's fast!

Billy at Chilly Breeze has worked with our air conditioning systems for several years, and has always been a pleasure to work with. When he evaluated our system, he told us what as wrong, and gave us multiple options to fix the problem, including keeping our old system. Once we agreed to replace the system, he brought in his great team that got the job done efficiently. After the work was complete, Billy inspected all the work with me, answered all my questions and really ensured I was comfortable with the job. I come from a technical background, and Billy is very patient with all my technical questions, explaining everything. I'll definitely be calling Chilly Breeze next time I need help with my air conditioning system.

Crew got here on time and had everything done in 4 hours. Replaced above items of a 22 year old system and crew was respective, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Could not of asked for a better crew company to perform the work needed. I was overwhelmed and how professionally everything was done. Job very well done! Unbelievable service!!! Bobby is exactly the kind of person you would want to call on for repairs or even tuneups, etc. He is extremely professional, kind, respectful, knowledgeable, thorough and takes pride in his work. My units had previously been “repaired “ By another company that has a good rating as well however are also notorious for not being very friendly with customers at times as well as items were found that should’ve been addressed in the past that weren’t. I felt 100% confident upon him leaving my home that my A/C units were properly taken care of as well as inspected and repaired items that should have been addressed by the previous company. Very honest and simply a good hearted person as well.

I’ve been using this company for years at my home and my commercial property. He is the only person I will allow to touch my a/c units. Very knowledgeable, professional and honest. You can trust this company to provide quality service at a reasonable price. They are excellent and I will continue to use their services.

We decided to upgrade our thermostat to a smart thermostat. Hubby tried to install it himself and we discovered that the wiring was different then what the manual had indicated. Long story short, after three different thermostats in three different days of trying to install it, we blew a fuse. This was a Sunday. I texted Bobby to see if he could come out and he showed up within couple of hours & installed it in no time. Bobby has performed many repairs on our AC and even replaced our unit. He is one of the most honest people I know and I would and have recommended him to everyone I know. He goes the extra mile for his customers and he is good at what he does.

Better and less expensive than I thought it would be. Since that positive experience I have also had him replace my entire unit. There is something to be said when you have a third generation a/c repair person. A lot of experience for a young man.

Bobby is amazing! He answers the phone himself. He always arrives on time, if not early. We bought a house that was a rental. Both AC unites needed replacing. He replaced one, and got the other one limping along until we could replace it a few months later. We had him back to install another small unit for the garage and an exhaust fan for the mud room. All his work is neat, organized, and I swear he and his crew left my house cleaner than it was when they got here. He has continued to check in on us to make sure everything is working (and remind me to replace the filters, because he knows I forget). Great guy. Amazing customer service. Reliable work. Worth every penny! (and he doesn’t charge too many pennies either!)

First contact was about 5 minutes after Bobby got home one evening. It's an hour drive from his house to ours and he offered to be at my house that evening even though that would be outside of operating hours.
He came out the following day and actually repaired my old unit but did let me know that my 18yr old unit would need replacing.
He provided a quote on the spot and the following week replaced everything within about a 4 hour window.
Bobby advised that I should probably look at a larger (4ton) unit for several reasons and provided the larger unit at the same price.
Bobby even brought a previously undisclosed "gift with purchase".
