Keith is committed to his job, and gets it done even if it takes multiple visits without charging extra. He's a bit hard to contact by phone, but he makes up for it with his friendly advice and going the extra mile to keep his client happy.

Keith was prompt, courteous and very honest. We will certainly use him again.

Our waterfall motors generally do not last longer than one summer.  Previously, we had been told the motor was too large, too small, etc.  He told us the reason the waterfall motors did not last was due to calcium buildup, and this situation could be prevented by running it every day.  The heater works well (we bought over the internet) and the installation took less than one day.  The prices were reasonable and employees were punctual.  We were pleased with all the repairs/installations made.  However, it takes a great deal of time and effort to contact/get a response from this company.  Generally, the voicemail is full and calls are not returned until two or more days later.  We found this frustrating but others may not.

He does an excellent job. He is very professional. He takes the time to explain any questions I have about the pool since I am a first time pool owner.

They do good job of weekly pool cleaning. My pool is always sparkling clear and clean with some minimal daily cleaning from our end. But a little pricey at USD 125 per month.

I had to fire my last pool guy.  We found Blue Water here on the list.  We've been using him about 3 months now and, so far they've been doing an outstanding job.  Our pool is tricky (I know because I maintained it myself for years) but Blue Water has been taking it on and succeeding.    The pool guys that come and clean have been very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Keith was great!  I had one estimate that suggested to replace my pool pump and filter + go with a smaller, expensive pump.  Keith was my second opinion and he suggested the pump was fine, but needed a new motor.  He fixed the motor and we replaced the filter, but overall good experience.  We were able to schedule something very fast and Keith was here when he said he would be and very nice.  I would recommend him and will use him again when we choose to install our chiller.

Keith Keeling first drained our pool completely when we moved into our new house. The house was vacant for about a month and since there was no electricity the pool became what I call a "man-made swamp". This was at the peak of the fall season (October-November) when leaves were falling like crazy. He completely drained the pool, cleaned the surface with chemicals, filled it back with water and fixed the pool mechanism. He has been taking care of our pool since then. He comes in once a week and vacuums the pool for any dirt/foliage that might have settled at the bottom of the pool.

Keith has services my pool for over 6 1/2 years. He is very reliable and proactice in ensuring my pool is always clean and functual.
