Run, they still use ALUMINUM instead of copper! Hired them to install a generator. They quoted $5.279, agreed, and signed papers. Then they came back saying it would be an additional $2,500...50 percent increase...this is just to install!!! We bought the generator from Costco. They stated we needed two transfer switches for one generator. So far two other electricians have come out and said otherwise. They at first didn't want to just bill us for the work they had done, but later they agreed. Save yourself a headache. PS They also expect you to know how the wiring is done and things about the panels. If you get a quote from them you will pay more. I advise getting quotes from other companies and just watch at how the other companies take the time to actually look at the panel box for an accurate contract.

After the first couple of service calls, all positive experiences, we called upon them to find replacement bulbs and do some kitchen work on our under-the-counter lighting.  They never returned with the fixtures, and when we communicated with them, the response was that they were still searching or ordered but not yet arrived.  We finally gave up trying.  It was a disappointment to have a great first experience, then end up with a not so pleasant memory.

We spent about $11,000 on that service. They did a really good job and cleaned up after themselves. They did what they said they were going to do. We are going to use them again when we remodel our upstairs bathroom.

This company is courteous and professional and I will definitely use them again.

I go back a long way with the original company which was under another name. It was years and years ago. I have stayed with them through a couple of name changes and locations. They respond very rapidly, but the follow up is slow. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them. They responded within a couple of days but it didn't solve the problem. Their response has been slow for the follow up. I have had some difficulty getting them back out in the past. They are expensive, but they do good work. Sometimes they do have to come back. It isn't hard getting them to do the follow up work; it is just getting them to return the phone calls. I expect to use them in the future.

We were very pleased and would recommend Aspire to anyone. Be sure to ask for Baker. From the time that I called, it was only a couple of days until he came. This was the week after Hurricane IKE and we thought we'd have to wait a long time for an electrician. Sandra and Teresa (in the office) were very helpful, too. Baker really knows what he is doing and had all of our work done quickly. The charge is $85 an hour, but there is a $20 fuel surcharge and 1/2 hour for travel time built into the final cost. Still... well worth it!
