It went as well as having to deal with mold can go! Jim was prompt with the info we needed to begin this process, re: the inspection required in Texas. He did all of this work himself and kept us informed of every step. His quote was accurate, and he was always on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the company. Mold is not fun to deal with, but his pleasant and respectful demeanor made it much less painful!

I hired Jim Tolsma of SW All Day to help with two separate mold growth issues in our house. One was due to an incorrectly installed shower by a previous owner. The other was from the attic. He did an excellent job at making sure all the mold was removed thoroughly. Even when we had to have no AC due to the AC ducts being replaced at the same time, he got everything done. This is not a big company. Jim is the person you talk to, and who comes and gives an estimate, and who actually does the work. He was very accommodating and worked around our schedule, even returning in the evening when necessary. Years ago, we once had mold remediation done from a different company. That was not as good of an experience. The guy who we communicated with and who gave an estimate was completely different than the people who did the work. And a different worker would come each day. Jim is not like that. Overall, if you need mold remediation, I would highly recommend calling Jim Tolsma at SW All Dry.

Terrific. Was very professional and went way beyond expectations. I wish they provided more services than just mild remediation. They also kept an eye on the plumbers that were simulatnously performing an extensive outside repiping while I was out of town and they managed the key.

Terrific. Incredible communication, honesty, and fairness. I felt so comfortable with him that when I was out of state he offered to help manage the key as I needed extensive plumbing work also. His work was so thorough, neat, and perfect. We received a post-remediation passing clearance inspection with no outstanding issues. He kept me informed of the work all the contractors on-site were performing. He offered to visit the house several times to check on things outside his crews' work scope. His work was so fair that I wished he did more than just mold remediation. I wish all contractors were like him. He became a good friend. I recommend him as the first and only person to call when you need help.
