He came promptly and knew exactly what to do at a reasonable price. the drain pipe was clogged.

They saved me a lot of money and were very honest . 2 other companies based on a so-called TUNE UP 1 said that I needed 2 new systems about $30,000 the other one said I needed 2 new coils about $5,000 neither did a leak check air max did and found no leaks one unit needed freon the other did not they only charged for the freon on one unit.

Same day service he called me back at 1am and set up service for 11am the same day. Promptly diagnosed and fixed my problem,very professional.

Service was based on assumption instead of a full diagnostic testing of my AC unit.

Quickly after I submitted a request for a quote I received a phone call response. He was able to make it in 30 minutes. I explained that the AC in my guest house didn't seem to be cooling as well as it had been & that it might need Freon. He arrived promptly & assessed the unit. The AC isn't the standard central air system but one such as is used in a hotel suite with individual room control. It's about 15 years old. He recommended some alternative AC solutions for the small guest house that were much more reasonable than replacing the unit I currently have. He also determined that the heating aspect of the unit should still do the job. He charged me an extremely reasonable trip fee. He treated me with sincere honesty & respect. His alternative solutions reflected his integrity & committed work ethic toward his customers. I would highly recommend Air Max to family & friends. I will be using Air Max for all my future AC needs.

My AC went out on a holiday weekend & I was having a hard time finding someone who could come out the same day. The one other company who could do it wanted a $130 service call fee (which wouldn't be applied to the cost of the repair), plus overtime rates on parts & labor. Adel with Air Max was able to come out within an hour for $50, which was applied to the repair (total cost $180 to replace fried wiring). He was very honest about the problem & did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He even called later that day to make sure my unit was cooling & offered to return the next day to clean it for free. Brothers Adel & Joseph have been in the business for 10 years & offer 24 hour service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing fast service at a reasonable price.
