It went well, I was not home for the service but the house was perfect, no furniture out of place, no weird smell, you practically couldn't tell they had been there.

The word done was okay but on two occasions, the provider was supposed to come out and did not when promised. The first time his son had a sprained finger. and he failed to call and cancel Then when we discovered it was not a squirrel but a bird, we called him to pick the cages and he failed to do it in a timely manner. I had to call and remind him.

Was very easy to book the appointment and everyone was very friendly in the process. Reggie was the service consultant that came to our house and he was not only professional, but very friendly as well. While the price is a bit more expensive than others, the quality and professionalism is worth it.

They are very good. They try to always send the same technician every time so that you know them when they come. It makes me feel comfortable to know that I'm letting the same person into my house and they are already familiar with my home and know the areas that need targeting. They are also very good about calling in advance with a 3 hour period that they will show up, 20-30 minutes before they arrive and if they are not able to come they also call to cancel.

We hired Advanced Pest Control in November 2010 due to a rodent problem in our attic. Our service provider, Naggai, was extremely professional. He worked around the perimeter of our home to seal all potential entry points and was very thorough in placing traps throughout all of our three large attic spaces. Every few days he returned to check and reset the traps as needed. Our particular problem was a bit difficult to resolve, but a total of 10 visits over the next few months resolved our rodent problem. Although relatively expensive, we found this service to be excellent.

I've been using them quarterly for years. I don't know what chemicals they use, but they are industry standard. They come to my house. I don't know where they are physically located. I am thinking about making a change. They changed over their computer system and lost me as a client in their transfer. I had to call them twice to inquire about what happened and why they had not notified me. They are supposed to call me every three months, and they forgot to call me the last two times. They have had some turnover of personnel. I don't know what happened to the people who used to always work here. I have heard a couple of other things from other people who felt that some of their work was sloppy. Apparently they terminated the one person who was giving them some trouble, so perhaps that's already resolved.

"Thank you for bringing the errors to our attention. We did have a major software change at the end of 2010 and not everyone transferred over properly. (The nightmare of software changes). Over 60% of our customers have been with us for more than 10 years, so when one falls through the cracks it is very disturbing both to us and our customer. Personnel can sometimes prove challenging even when we do our best to screen all applicants for driving, certifications, experience, criminal backgrounds and drug screening. Although not perfect, most of my field staff has been with us for over 5 years and we receive excellent reports on their performance. We do random quality control checks on service as well. Overall it went well. It was easy to make an appointment and the service technician, was prompt and professional. It seems so far that the service has been effective. The only concern was that we had to sign an agreement for continued service every 3 months, though we were assured that we could easily cancel if we decided not to continue. Maybe preventative maintenance for bug control needs to be done every 3 months. I'm not sure. We are kind of new to this home ownership/maintenance business. We are going to give it a try, though for now.

The main agent that originally came to the house to give estimate and talk to me was very professional as well as the gal that makes the appointments. But the man that came out to do the actual services from then on was very unfriendly and did not act like he was concerned with the problem which was insects returning after being treated.

The office staff is fantastic. When you call, Diane is the one who usually answers. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable. She is also very professional and curteous. She calls me Mr and my last name. She is very efficient and patient. This makes a big difference with me. Also, they are good at reminding me when I need to schedule my next service. She will call several times and leave messages if I'm not there. The staff that comes to the house is always very clean, professional and friendly. They keep their staff for a long time. They must like working there. They also have a policy that you can call them anytime there is a problem during your quarter and they will come back out free of charge. The service guy always explains things very well and is very patient. The service keeps the c*** roaches, ants, spiders and other insects out of our house. Occasionally, we will see one and it usually means that it's about time for our quarterly service. They put rat traps in the attic and then came back several times to check the traps. They removed one rat. Then, the closed up all of the holes and entrances to the attic so that no more could come back.

We had a swarm of bees living in the siding of our house....for the second time! Hmmph! Anyway, I went to Angie's list and found these guys, looked at their website and called them. We had to wait a bit as it was so rainy (they didn't want their guys on metal ladders with metal hats in a lightning storm-go figger! Anyways when he came, he was very nice and knowledgeable and pointed out raccoon tracks on the way to the bees. He exterminated them and put caulking or something so they wouldnt come back. Hoorah!

The company was very pleasant on the phone and the estimator showed up on time and did a thorough examination of the house before presenting me with a very detailed estimate for approx 800 for the erradication and 135 a month for quarterly service. The exterminator showed up consistantaly, on time, even when I neglected to let them know I could not be at home! Extremely professional and patient and I am very happy with the results. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Squirrels found a section of rotten wood on the edge of my roof and chewed a hole large enough for them to easily go in and out of the attic. I set a trap and caught one, but was otherwise unsuccessful. I found Advanced Pest Control on Angie's List and decided to call them. A rep came out and surveyed my house to identify all possible access points, devised a plan and provided me with an estimate. I accepted the proposal, and the work was scheduled for a few days later. Two techs showed up as scheduled. They did not complete the job on the first day and had to come back a day or so later to finish. It was on this or a subsequent visit that a tech broke a piece of my vinyl siding while attempting to close off what he felt was a possible access point. I called the company to report the broken siding, and they sent someone else out within a day or two to look at the damage. I was told to get a repair estimate and submit it to the company. (The estimate was $100. The siding company came out and repaired the damage, and I paid them. I never submitted the receipt to Advance Pest Control, but that is my own fault.) I noticed an immediate difference after their first visit; no more noise in the attic. However, after several days, I once again heard one or more squirrels in the attic and found that they had created a new access point by bending the slats on one of the metal soffet vents. This was pointed out to the tech on his next visit, and he covered all four soffet vents with wire. In addition to closing off possible access points, the techs also set traps in the attic, which they came back every few days to check. After about 3 weeks, the traps were removed. They never caught anything, but they did solve the problem by closing off the access points. I have not heard anything in the attic since that time. Other than the tech breaking a piece of vinyl siding, I was pleased with the work. The price seemed a little high to me, but I have no basis for comparison since I did not obtain other estimates. If I were to have a similar problem in the future, I would probably get an estimate from another company before proceeding. However, assuming that Advanced Pest Control's prices were in line with the norm, I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Advanced Pest Control has always worked with my schedule to schedule the services, they have a great support staff answering the phones and the staff that does the services at my house always show up on time and answer all my questions and concerns PLUS they remember past issues I have had with pest/insects and recheck for these past problems. I would recommend Advanced Pest Control to everyone with a 'A+" in all service related and cost factors.

We live in a pier and beam home and an animal had crawled up through the plumbing lines and died in between the walls of our home. The smell was horrific. We called countless exterminating companies and no one wanted to deal with or could recommend anyone to deal with an animal that was already dead and just suggested that we let nature run its course. Advanced came to our rescue, used a scope to cut small holes in the wall to locate the source or our problem and then cut a whole in the wall and removed what was estimated to have been a 15 lb opossum. This was clearly a situation that we would have paid a lot more to have taken care of and Advanced did not take advantage of our desperate state. We have since then used them to help capture a rat in our attic. Everyone on their staff is professional, courteous, and helpful.
