It took over a week just to hear from them again, and since this isn't their busy season we thought maybe 1-3 days to hear back. I went into this service session with no deeper understanding than "my lawnmower isn't working right" with no clear concept as to whether I needed to just buy a new one or whether a repair would suffice, which path would be cost-effective, and how long I might have it "in the shop".  The gentleman that assisted me was extremely friendly, was able to troubleshoot the issue just from hearing me star...

I brought my lawnmower in to be evaluated as the engine was sputtering and not working well.  In less than 5 minutes, the gentleman that assisted me had identified a loose spring "under the hood", fixed it up, and had me back up and running.

Action sales and service tightened the engine which was loose, overhauled the carburator, repaired the automatic choke, added an inline gas filter and sharpened the blade. The mower is now running like a charm.

Lawn mower had never been maintained. After 4 years, it started and turned off shortly after. I changed spark plug, air filter and oil but problem persisted. So I brought it to action sales and service.
