EXCELLENT! They are personable and professional. I had several questions and they took the time while I was there to check my concerns and make recommendations. I had purchased a pole pruner attachment for my Stihl KombiSystem at a store that was going out of business. I was not aware I purchased an item that would not work with my equipment. They took the time to research and determine they could salvage my purchase with a $50 part change. I said from then on they would be my dealer as the two local dealers in my hometown could care less about their customer or timely repairs.

It took over a week just to hear from them again, and since this isn't their busy season we thought maybe 1-3 days to hear back. I can't even imagine taking a mower to them in the early spring when everyone needs work done. We got our mower back after paying them $89.00 and it wasn't repaired. It was still doing the same thing, and my husband fixed it himself after watching videos online. It just needed a new SPARK PLUG! Cost us $10.00 for the really good spark plug from Home Depot. It runs fine now. Would not recommend them to friends or family. We don't think that they actually did anything to our mower.

I went into this service session with no deeper understanding than "my lawnmower isn't working right" with no clear concept as to whether I needed to just buy a new one or whether a repair would suffice, which path would be cost-effective, and how long I might have it "in the shop". The gentleman that assisted me was extremely friendly, was able to troubleshoot the issue just from hearing me start the mower up, and had me ready to go in no time. I was extremely pleased with their service and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Action sales and service tightened the engine which was loose, overhauled the carburator, repaired the automatic choke, added an inline gas filter and sharpened the blade. The mower is now running like a charm.

Action Sales and Service did a fantastic job rebuilding my push lawnmower's carburetor. The price they quoted was accurate and the best in town. It came back looking and running like new. I highly recommend this place!

Everyone was very polite, professional, and helpful. I called first to determine how long it would take to service my equipment and was told it was taking about five days - - I was pleasantly surprised when it only took four. My lawn mower and edger are working great and they're now much easier to start. When I picked up the mower and edger I dropped off an old small gas powered pressure washer and requesed an estimate, because I suspected it would need a lot of work to get it running again - - I was right. Two days later I received the estimate, ~ $150, and an explanation of what all needed to be done. It was more than I wanted to pay (I'd rather invest in a new one), but they did not charge me for the estimate and, because I had no idea how to dispose of it, they offered to dispose of it for me. I'll defintely go back again for next year's annual service. One word of caution - the address is 13409-F Murphy Rd, but the shop sets back about a quarter of a block off on a side street, so it's difficult to see from Murphy Rd. Take your cell phone, so you can give them a call if you can't find it.

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. SHOP IS WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEAN. UNBLADED MOWER FOR ME. MOWER WAS READY WHEN PROMISED.
