While were very nice and did a fantastic job with the pad itself, they put the pad too low, which could have flooded the basement. Also, their bulldozer sat in my yard for two weeks. When they did use the bulldozer for a day and then a smaller piece of equipment the next day to flatten the dirt which was like a half day's worth of work, they charged me for two full day's worth of work which made me feel taken advantage of.
