Tim's Towing

Provider accepted job at 3pm on Friday at a lower rate if I would do the tow that night. After waiting around until 11pm, I finally called and he said he "got busy" so he'd do it first thing tomorrow. ok, waiting around most of Saturday at 2:30pm I get a call "do you still want to do the tow", ummmm, yes, of course. That's why I gave them my keys the day before. Well, they "got busy" again. Sooo, why am I the one who keeps getting pushed to the end of the line without any follow up or communication? With miscommunication about the rate they said they would no longer do my tow (guess it no longer suited them), but my keys would be at the original drop off location within the hour the woman said. After 2.5 hours, the keys were still not there. Spoke to owner who said the keys would be there by 10pm. At 11:18pm, still no keys. Ok, by now I'm fuming. They've not only not delivered on the job they accepted at 3pm the day before, they now will not give me back my keys. After threatening to call the police, he gets his driver to leave the keys at an alternate location that I have to navigate to by myself at midnight. Finally, at 12:15am Sunday morning, the nightmare is over. I have my keys back.
