This was my first time using his services. The service worked out very well! I liked that they were able to fix the computer and it only took about a day. The could of done the work remotely but it was more expensive so I brought the computer to them.

Their location is convenient. I left my computer with them when I went out of town and they had it ready for me when I returned. They changed my password but didn't tell me. So when I got back to the hosue I was unable to login to my computer so I had to bring it back to them to change it.

"After getting your review and seeing that you are dissatisfied with the pricing, we did a full review of our pricing for this service. We found that we are the only company providing this service in our area, and the "Big Box Stores" are charging $165 or more for the same service. We will need to keep the pricing the same on this service."

I needed my computer fixed before I left for a trip. He was busy but I told him I needed the computer back within 4 days. He fixed it and got it back to me on time. He did a great job.
