On Friday, I called but did not receive any response and he never showed. I called again Monday afternoon and left a message. Later that day, Cody called back and stated that the part took a little longer, but that the board was fixed and ready to go. We made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon to install. I had to leave work early on Tuesday to meet with Cody, however, he never showed. I made several calls, but none were ever returned. Same story for Wednesday and Thursday. As I write this, I have yet to hear anything back from Circuit Wizard TV and they have my board and money. This is exactly the "service" everybody fears.
Description of Work: Needed repair work on big screen TV. Called Circuit Wizard TV (found listing through Internet- had 1 good "review") for repair service. Cody promptly returned call and came out later that day. He tried to repair convergence board but said he needed some parts. He took my convergence board and asked for money to cover parts. Unfortunately, I went ahead and paid him for the full amount to try to simplify things. He took my check and promised to return within 3 days to install board.
