They went to work right away cleaned all the vents and air ducts. They went up to my attic and found that I had only 1 uv light. So they recommended to install another one on the other unit. They were not pushy in selling me the other uv light so I agreed to do it. They also included a free sanitization . My home now smells and feels great.
