Came out immediately and was very courteous. Knew exactly what to do. We had a new pump installed within 3 hours. Definitely 5 Star Rating. Our go to person for sure!!

Called Cactus after my well pump quit and spoke with Nathan. He had a team to my house within a couple of hours. Determined I needed a new pump. Brandon and Jacob pulled the old pump, installed the new pump, tested all equipment and were done within a few hours. Totally cleaned up before leaving. All three employees were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing was very fair. Overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend Cactus Water Well Service.

The first time I used Cactus Water Well Services, Nathan responded to my call when several other companies didnâ t. It was June and hot and our water well quit working. It was late in the day but he called back and came out the following day with a pulling unit and all parts needed to get me back up and running. Excellent service, communication about the process, and updates on timing. He also took time to explain what happened and why. Fast forward a couple years and we had problems again after a long power outage during a hard freeze. Again, I called late in the day after normal business hours and Nathan returned my call promptly. He instructed me what to do over the phone to prevent damage, and showed up the next morning to evaluate the issue and get me up and going. The pride and integrity he shows in his work and reputation has become rare and almost none bust any in service companies today. Iâ m glad to have someone like him available in my area.

Very professional. Nathan is always on top of his game and knows his stuff when he was on a call he was willing to talk us thru trouble shooting over the phone and was always very helpful and never seemed bothered by our multiple calls

Thought the well was bad, he found a switch was just turned off.
