I have been very pleased with Jeff and his team. His staff have consistently provided the same high quality level of cleaning service week after week, month after month. I value the peace of mind knowing if XL Cleaning Services is coming that my house will look professionally cleaned, meeting all my expectations. I also greatly value Jeff's flexibility. Whenever I have needed to move days or extra accomodations, he has always been able to meet them. It is so easy to work with Jeff. I would recommend XL Cleaning to anyone looking for peace of mind and a high quality of service.

I am very pleased with our cleaning service! We are first time home buyers and just wanted a little freshen up clean in our home before we moved in! They clean our 2,600 square foot house every two weeks.: on time in the morning with one for two ladies. Thorough job including making the bed(s) with clean sheets. Extra touches have included cleaning the refrigerator and removing cleaned sheets from dryer and folding them. Totally trustworthy. Jeff, the owner, a pleasure to work with.

We have been using Jeff Kayser & XL Cleaning Services for about a year now. They do a great job and come every Thursday at the same time. The owner sends me a reminder text the day before and always works around our schedule. Great company, very professional, good quality at a fair price. What more is there to ask for?

Took them so long to clean that I paid almost triple what I would ever pay for a cleaning service, we had a party and had no other choice to pay them. They were so slow I had to keep eliminating the amount I wanted clean because they took so long.

They were good and professional. But they didn't carry vinegar with them for cleaning showerheads. Apparently they always do. They still did a good job.

Pros: They cleaning crew arrived on time. They did a fine job cleaning. Cons: I don't think they did a deep cleaning. I don't think they did anything beyond what I could have done myself. And the team was incredibly slow. I actually had them do less than originally agreed on just to get them out of my house at a reasonable hour so I could go on with my day. I think this was a waste of my money. I could have done it faster and better myself.

I have been using XL cleaning for approximately 9 months. I have been so impressed with XL. Christy and Gina clean my home bimonthly and they work so hard the entire time they are here. They are courteous, thoughtful and nice to my pets. It's never uncomfortable having them in my home. They are always on time and bring all the cleaning equipment and chemicals. They even taught me the best way to clean my new wood floors. There are always little touches, like making a fan out of tissues, or folding a blanket into what looks like a pillow that I enjoy so much. They haven't damaged or broken an item as they are always careful. They both are truly good at their jobs and I can see they take pride in their work and I appreciate that very much. My biggest complaint with previous companies I used was they would start strong and be thorough then gradually decline into a mediocre job over a few months. XL has not done that, the quality of work has been consistent and exemplary. They are also less expensive than other companies I have used yet provide better service. I would certainly recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

I've never seen anything like it. The first time I used them I requested a deep cleaning, which included dusting walls, tall door frames, etc. Two ladies came when it was pouring down rain, and made several trips to unload their SUV to use their own towels, vacuum, ladder, cleaning supplies - you name it. One of the girls was very wet and even though I asked her if I could dry her clothes, she said no. I never saw them take lunch or borrow my bathroom although they could have. They did not speak to me or each other in mindless conversation, only about the work to be done. They wore headphones and worked approximately 6 or so hours, and were gang-busters the entire time. It was pretty extraordinary. Communication was and is almost immediate through text with Jeff. It was easy and not complicated. Also, the price is reasonable. I have used XL on a couple of occasions and will definitely use them again.

The work was excellent. The crew showed up on time in a company pickup, complete with logo, step ladders, and all needed equipment and supplies. The ladies intensely covered every nook and corner of my house for a solid 5 hours and left it spotless. They supply their own cleaning products and use high end name brands. I was concerned about this since I have new hardwood floors. Finally, I spoke with the owner Jeff several times about what I wanted and didn't want and he made sure it went exactly as I asked. I highly recommend XL Cleaning Services.

Two housekeepers spent about 8 hours doing a deep cleaning of my home. It was probably the best cleaning that my house ever received. They were very thorough and did not miss a spot. I was home the entire time and I saw for myself that they worked 8 hours straight, never slacking off or even taking a break. I plan to hire them again and I would recommend them for housecleaning. I enjoyed my spotless house for a whole day before my husband's mother arrived and made it messy again.

The two ladies that came were right on time got right to work unloading their equipment and getting started on the cleaning. They did a wonderful job everything looked really good. I had a few particular things that I was looking to see if they cleaned and they got every single one of those problem areas without being told about them. All in all I was very pleased.

I would rate them pretty highly. Every 3 weeks service is $120.
What stands out to me is the professionalism by the owner, along with trustworthiness & punctuality of the cleaning staff, and overall friendliness & thoroughness of their jobs.

It went well. I of course had to get over having someone who had been coming for years. They cleaned extremely well and in many cases better than my normal person. Plus they bring all their own equipment which is a plus. I did stay home since I was apprehensive but do believe that if I regular use them in the future it will be OK not being home and providing a key.
