We bought a home that was a foreclosure and five of the windows had been busted out. They where very nice, prompt, and did the job well. Would have no problems using them again.

Pretty much everything was wonderful. I have no complaints. They were very pleasant to work with. It was easy doing business with them. When they came out, we asked them to do one other thing which they had not been requested to do before and they were happy to do that. They were real nice people.

I won't use Woodlands Glass again. I needed a window replaced, and my windows have a tint film on them. The guys came out, and wrote a note on the estimate that said the glass might not match. I called the office, who told me that matching would not be a problem. It is. The window is a completely different color, looks horrible. They said it was all my fault since it said so on the estimate, even though on the phone they read off the color on the glass order and told me it WOULD match. Apparently they were willing to tell me anything to get the order. This was a problem with the office, and not with the guys who came to do the work. Don't trust Woodlands Glass.

"This customer was not home when we were at her home to give her a quote. Another woman was there, we showed her that a new glass would not match since the customer had tinted film applied to her windows. We assured the customer that we would do our best to come close to the color, but that to match exactly she would need to have her window tinters come and apply film. After we installed the new glass in her window she called our office and said since it did not match exactly she did not think she should have to pay for it. We reminded her that she and the other lady were both told that the glass would not match. We are sorry that this customer is unhappy with our service. However, if a customer requests something that is not humanly possible, we simply can't meet their needs. We strive to exceed our customer's expectations and this is one of the very few that were not satisfied in over 30 years."
