Jessica, was very prompt during times of communication. She would contact me quickly when she needed answers, and would inform me right away, every step of the way so that my vehicle could be in and out ASAP. I own a large company and we depend heavily on our vehicles being on the road. She made it happen, and the mechanics did a great job. I was referred to her by my father, and I will only go to Woodlands Automotive. They treated me right, they gave fair pricing, and they went above and beyond to make me happy. You can't ask for more. In fact, I am having another one of my vehicles towed there as we speak.

They have always been prompt, honest and thorough. One time when I brought the Volvo in due to a check engine light, Bruce (owner) recommended that I use premium fuel and fuel system cleaner before bringing it in to replace the catalytic converter. Woodlands automotive could have just said that we needed to replace the catalytic converter and taken my money. I highly recommend them! Plus, they give a discount to any police/fire/EMTs.

In a word: AWESOME. Woodlands Performance (WPA) worked with me to source the exact replacement Bilstein struts I wanted to use, along with OE Lemforder strut mounts. Annette was extremely helpful about coordinating all of this by email as I'd dropped off the car to have the work done while I was out of town for business. Bruce and the others back in the bay are also fantastic people to trust with your car - they were very happy to take me back to the bay and show me anything I wanted to see.I highly recommend WPA - this was my first major service investment with them and I had a very positive experience all the way through. The prices can't be beat (they offer a discount off both parts and labor costs for police, firefighters, EMTs and teachers - possibly more) and the service is personal and thorough.

We decided to go to Woodlands Automotive because it was close to home. They offered to take me home and call when it was complete. They took down all the information how the car was not running proberly. In about 3 hours they called to say it was the trhottle sensors and it was fixed.Basically, reset the computer so the car would run the way it should. Then he came back and picked me up at home. No one we talked to about this ever suggested it could be a computer problem. They were honest, fast,and cared about fixing our car. I think a new fuel pump and filters etc. would/could have been 600-700$. Maybe. But that would not have fixed the problem. This shop and its owner Bruce knows his stuff. And finding a repair shop that is trustworthy these days is a blessing.
