He did it quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend him. We will definitely call him back the next time we need a plumber. Our neighbor had used him for a bigger job and felt the same way.

Work went very well, I'm very happy with the results.

I have used him for many years. He is excellent. I think his price is fair. When I first started using him he was very inexpensive, but that was 34 years ago, so he has gotten quite a bit higher. He does respond, but you have to wait for him because he gets busy. If it's not urgent I will wait for him. If it's urgent, I would call another plumber. He does good work. He's on time.

Neils Wolfhagen was quick to respond to our slow leaking toilet even thought he had a busy schedule. He found the problem right away and fixed it. He had previously installed the toilet fill valve a few months ago and later some debris from the water system caused it to seep. It was unusual for this type of problem as we had used Fluidmaster fill valves before with no problems. I think the water company has been working on the lines because we are finding more that the usual amount of dirt and rocks in our sink areators. We have used Neils for many years and are quite pleased with his work. He is usually scheduled for at least a week in advance but will come out sooner in an emergency.

The owner arrived late and did not contact me about being late. So I contacted him about whether he was indeed coming to our appointment. He said yes and would be there soon. He arrived about two hours after our appointment time. When he did arrive he got right to work. He quickly made repairs and left. After he left I noticed that the shower was still leaking and called him again to report that the shower was still not working. We made arrangements for him to return a few days later. This second visit necessitated that I postpone a trip to San Antonio that weekend as his first visit was on a Friday and he could not return until Monday. He returned on the following Monday and again replaced the same part in the shower. Then the shower was indeed fixed. It appeared that the first shower part was defective and that is why the first shower repair did not work.

Plumber arrived promptly and was a true professional. I was very pleased with everything.

A small company but they exceeded expectations based on experiences from "major" operators. Prompt service relative to a one person operation. Water heater installation (in attic) was accomplished in a timely manner as were installations on fixtures, filters and drain cleaning (four diffent visits). They didn't try to sell additional (unasked for) services.

Excellent. In addition to the work, Neils also gave me some advice on taking care of the other plumbing in the house. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will use him again if and when we have a plumbing issue.

It went very well. They could not fit me in the schedule for three days, which was difficult because I had no kitchen sink to use. It was a good reason to go out for dinner!

I was a little upset about the price he charged because he charged me for 2 trips out to the house, when one of the trips was not even scheduled. He just decided to show up and I wasn't able to let him in to do the work and asked him to do it another time.

We have used Wolfhaggen for over twelve years now. He does excellent work, but more importantly he stands behind it. The initial repair job did not completely solve the leak problem, so he came back to finish it, without any charge. He is very busy, so he can't always do the job right away, unless it is an emergency. Our kids were home for the holidays and all of them were using the same shower, this qualified as an emergency. We will continue to use him as long as he is honest and does quality work.
