It was fine. The floors were not done as well as they should have been. On the way out there was an area of the floor that was not clean. The girls said their mops do not scrub everything. If I was cleaning a floor I would be looking for spots to clean. Disappointing

The cleaning ladies did a FANTASTIC JOB! Everything was spotless when they left. They were friendly and concerned that their work was meeting my expectations. Since my first hiring, I have asked for Lucille's services again and have never been disappointed. Cleaners were always on time & ready to work. Even when I had to leave to pick up my daughter, I had no worries leaving the cleaning lady alone in my home. Nothing has ever been broken, taken or out of place (for those of you who have concerns). I was comfortable working while she cleaned and confident that she was doing her job well. I HIGHLY recommend
