Vince was awesome!!! A friend referred him to me because I was trying to finance a swimming pool. He was very informative, honest, and straight to the point. During the process, he informed me if I do a HELOC he could get me out of my FHA loan and into a conventional and get my mortgage insurance removed. Once I gave him the green light to move forward, it was full speed ahead. I closed 3 weeks after my apprasial and was wired a check to pay for the pool install. I recommend Vince to anyone who is in the hunt for a refinance, home improvement, or HELOC. Thanks Vince, I am extremely pleased with your services.
