Excellent. Richard E. is the trainer that was assigned to me - this is not boot camp, this is thoughtful planned training for a late 40s woman that wants to get back to active lifestyle after injury.

It's a gym but it's got more than just a gym. They have a lot of personal trainers. If you need a trainer, they're all on staff and they're there all the time. It costs extra but they have that there. Their staff is really helpful. They have tons of classes that they offer with your membership. They have great childcare which was really important to us 'cause we have a son who goes with me every time I go to the gym. All their equipment is really nice and well maintained. It's a good place to join if you're looking for a gym. It's a very nice gym. It's a really good option.

They have a lot of amenities. It is a clean facility. Their customer service is professional. It is a little expensive but it is worth it because of the amenities. The best thing is their day care for the kids.
