Excellent. Richard E. is the trainer that was assigned to me - this is not boot camp, this is thoughtful planned training for a late 40s woman that wants to get back to active lifestyle after injury.

I get an exciting time doing exercise and continue with 1 hour of swiming pool

It is clean, well run, and it has a lot of amenities.

It's a gym but it's got more than just a gym. They have a lot of personal trainers. If you need a trainer, they're all on staff and they're there all the time. It costs extra but they have that there. Their staff is really helpful. They have tons of classes that they offer with your membership. They have great childcare which was really important to us 'cause we have a son who goes with me every time I go to the gym. All their equipment is really nice and well maintained. It's a good place to join if you're looking for a gym. It's a very nice gym. It's a really good option.

I won't be using the outside stuff so I asked if there was a discounted rate for inside use only but there was not. I didn't want to pay for outside pools and such since I wouldn't be using them.

The experience was good. It was convenient.

Had an appointment at VillaSpa to see Dawn Younkin, she is very knowledgeable and experienced, and did an excellent job helping me restore movement.

They have a lot of amenities. It is a clean facility. Their customer service is professional. It is a little expensive but it is worth it because of the amenities. The best thing is their day care for the kids.

The experience has been great. They have good customer service and they have a family environment.
