Viking Carpet One helped me locate a very specific wood flooring to match some that already existed. Went above and beyond to set everything up. Thanks VCO for all your hard work. Will definitely recommend to others!

We hired Viking for a job that was predicted to take one week. Two months and two installations later we finally have our floors done. The initial crew, who showed up without the proper equipment and borrowed items from our home without our knowledge or consent (as seen on our Ring doorbell), wound up breaking a light fixture, getting glue on my curtains and clothes, left trash throughout our house, and used paint thinner to remove stains on our walls and baseboards (also removing the paint). Not to mention half of the boards were chipped during installation. It took almost a month for Viking to have an inspector visit our home to determine why the installation was so shoddy, then then another week of running tests. They didn't even call us when they had determined the cause, I had to be persistent with them. We were not offered any compensation for the damages caused to our home and belongings, just a discount on additional services, which we had to request. They honestly didn't try to offer us anything. Terrible work, communication, and customer service.

We worked with Cory Goodman and he was excellent to work with. He never pressured us and it took us quite some time to be ready to do the work. The installers were excellent and we love the end result. I would highly recommend Viking Carpet One for your flooring needs.

It went very well. I used Cory Goodman as my salesperson and he walked us through the steps. It went flawlessly. We had tile done downstairs and carpet on the stairs and upstairs. Tile looked great, installers were as clean as could be expected (it is tile) and overall we were very pleased.

I can't say enough good things about this company from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I found them to be knowledgeable on their products as well as professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would . Cory and his team were more than amazing. When it came to the installers they were on time ,respectful of my personal belongings and worked tirelessly until all was complete. They were careful to replace my furnishing just as they were prior to the install. I would hire them again and again.

Viking did not do the work; however, Mike was very responsive. We use Pro-Floor instead since they were closer to us. Viking was in the Woodlands.

From dealing with Cory in sales to working with the installers at my home, Viking Floor was a top-notch experience. At each step of the process they were professional and polite - they even answered the thousands of questions my daughter had about carpet installation! Their prices are competitive, but their service puts them over the top. Cory worked with me to make sure I understood my options when I was picking out carpet. The installers were prompt and efficient. They even gave me time to fix some squeaks upstairs before they laid down the padding. Overall, I can't recommend Viking Floor enough.

The installation was performed well. The installers cut a phone line, but returned two days later and repaired it. The installers left black marks on the carpet that we did not notice until they left.  We cleaned up the marks ourselves.

The first day they sent out a crew and the boss after two hours of hanging around the house announces that the floor had not arrived yet. It woulde in tomorrow. The next day a young man called and said the floor was in but he had another floor to do first. We were trying to sell our house and I was livid. I said that my house should have been finished and that we were priority. So he got the floor brought it over had one helper and they worked all day. I got the impression that they were trying to get this guy to resign so they sent him with no help. There were things he couldn't do .so the next day the office came to check it and it wqsnt done properly. That's when Bridgette and another young man fixed the floor. Wouldn't it have been easier to get someone to do it right the first time/ I will never use them again
