Description of Work: Clean and repair Dyson vacuum cleaner. The Bissel carpet cleaner I brought in for service ended up being as much to repair as buying a new on. We checked his claim and he was true to his word. He convinced us to purchase a different Bissell explained why, and gave us a 10% discount for our trouble. Going back there Thursday to pick it up. Good folks.

Description of Work: I took my Bissell run shampooer in account it was not cleaning, the tool/floor hand was not working and the release was not working. I was told they would check on it, submit a claim with Bissell and see if they wanted to fix it. About 10 days latter, I got a call that said it was ready. When I picked it up, the fellow told me that he had not heard back from Bissell, but fixed it anyway and would wait on Bissell for his money. He also told me the thing was poorly constructed and would not last. It was nice of him to fix it anyway and to give me an honest assessment of the machine.
