Bill was fantastic! He came right over to check for leak. He found our problem & fixed it. Compared to other companies I have used in past, USA Leak Detection was fast, courteous, & charged fair pricing for services performed. Bill explained all services performed in detail. I would hire him again for any future services needed & highly recommend his company!

We had a sewer smell that had been horrible off and on for a year. We had talked to plumbers and had them come out, had the attic checked for rodents, etc. When I read about USA Leak Detection, I decided to give them a try. Bill, the owner, came out and within seconds of using a smoke bomb we were able to see where the leak was in our sewer pipes. Bill found the leak, repaired the pipes, which weren't properly connected, and then double checked to make sure that was the only leak. When he repeated the process, he found a second leak and repaired it. After a year of not being able to find anyone who knew how to find and fix the leak, it was such a relief to have it fixed. We have not smelled the sewer smell since then! Thank you, Bill!

They found the leak and gave us an estimate to repair. They then said they could try another procedure which might work and save us from that big repair bill. We said OK...they did it..it worked!! Very good company. We would use them again and recommend them to friends.

He was very prompt, polite and very efficient. He also advised me on the best practices for owning a NG grill vs. Propane and was very professional.

Bill arrived early and immediately got to work. He fully explained the process throughly and worked for about 2 hours to isolate where my leak was coming from. He prepared a detailed explanation that can be used to negotiate with the water company and for the company who will perform the repairs.

This is for a job U.S. Leak completed sucessfully for us last year. We had a undergound (below foundation) leaks AFTER our foundation repair. We had several plumbers came out... some gave us good information, while others not sure what to do. Bill came out and was able to determine the possible cause AND the path/tasks need to fix it. He was up front about the possible cost... from basic and the worst case. It turns out our problem was the worst case and tunnel needed to dig under the foundation to get to the root of the problem AND repair it. Bill follow through the process, despite many interruptions with rains and storms. The leak was repaired successfully. Bill was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He was able to provide information and ONLY perform work that was needed. Very informative through out the whole process and getting it done!

USA Leak Detection found the leaking areas and then it was our decision how to replace or repair the piping.

Bill was a perfect gentleman, and obviously knew his stuff. He did some preliminary checking and listening to faucets and pipes in the house, and was pretty convinced it was NOT "in the house" or under the house. We had some out buildings, and Bill suspected the water leak was between the house and those out buildings. He suggested we install a valve at the house, separating the out buildings from the house, so we could isolate the problem. I have had Bill out to my condo twice. About 7 months ago I had a huge leak that no one was ever able to find. He also did not find it at that time, and it never happened again (it was probably due to a neighbor's construction and not recognizing that our plumbing was connected). He offered to help look at their bathroom since I share a wall, and they weren't home so we were unable to look over there. He was very kind and respectful and offered a reduced rate since he was not here long and couldn't find the problem. Well, I had a second leak that was not nearly as bad as the last time. He made time in the day to come out the same day as the leak to try to find it. He remembered me from last time, which was impressive. He experimented for a while to re-create the leak and even opened the drywall in the ceiling (which was a request I had made) so we could find the problem. He vacuumed up after himself! He found the problem (a pinched gasket behind my shower temperature control handle) and fixed it. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. He did great work, was helpful, respectful, kind, and even let me take my dog out of his kennel to say hi.

They did locate a leak. They said it was in two places when actually it was only one was discovered when repairs made.

The work went well and we were very pleased with the replacement of the sewer lines. I would definitely recommend USA Leak Detection.

They were very professional, really good! They were able to find it and fixed it. I thought the price was pretty reasonable with the work that he did. It was a really good price, I thought. They were very responsive.   I just think that they were really very professional. He did the work, did it in a fair amount of time, with a fair price.

They were professional and thorough. It turns out the leak likely didn't come from my unit, but the one behind me. They even offered to extend the detection services to them, but, I decided against bothering the neighbors. I would recommend them and would use them again.
