TREES BY FRANK

Amazing service. I'm grateful to have found my go to professional.

Went well. Some difficulties communicating with Frank as he uses a landline and a cell phone. We figured it out. His guys did excellent work. And he was right about some branches over my fence that I was hesitant to trim. A few months later, my very large shrubs and trees still look great.

I had a good experience.

Frank and crew worked hard and did an excellent job. I would hire again. Cost was $570.00 plus tax.

So we moved into a house a couple months ago that had lots of beautiful plants and trees, but might have been a little bit over landscaped (ie, wayyyy to many plants and trees). The previous owners apparently liked the shade, but as a result none of the had even been trimmed.  It was impossible to even mow the lawn without ducking under dead or sagging tree branches, etc.  

We had heard from neighbors that Frank lives in the area and did many of our neighbors houses (Imperial Oaks).  We came out and gave a quote on the business, and then after the apparent monsoon season (so much rain!) we had in May he was able to come out with his team and complete the work.  Workers were on time and friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves.  In total, I think they removed 4 trailer loads of tree branches. 

Frank really knows his trees. He took time to explain to use what all the different trees were and how to care for them.  He explained how trimming the trees properly would help them grow tall rather than just wide, which was a big problem for what we had. 

The trees look fantastic now, and I can actually get around in my back yard without getting whacked in the face by a tree branch.  Ordinarily I don't like paying for the manual labor type things that I can do myself, but this would have taken me weeks to clear out, and I probably would have killed half the trees in the process. Worth every penny.

Frank is an arborist and a landscaper. I first used his services three years ago. While he was on the job, my daughter had run off into the woods. I had to run off after her and he was very concerned about her and my well-being. He is a very sweet, kind hearted man. This last job lasted over the course of two to three weeks. He just finished the work yesterday and it is perfect! He is very honest, professional, hardworking, and does exactly what you want. He is trustworthy and has great communication. He always took my phone calls whenever I called him for questions. He takes a lot of pride in his work. If you have a problem with something, he will fix it for you immediately. He is the only landscaper that I will use for any work I may need.

Frank showed up on time for the estimate. He was polite and very informative. I accepted his very reasonable quote on the spot and a time to start was made. He showed up on time and finished very quickly, His clean up was so immaculate that aside from a sign in my yard, you would never know he had been here. The trees are beautiful. Because of the sign in my yard and the very noticeable improvement to the trees, Frank got other jobs from 3 of my immediate neighbors! I recently had a complete overhaul done to my yard that included planting 6 additional trees. They will need his magic touch in a couple of years and I w wouldn't think of calling anyone other than Frank. He did such a wonderful job that I actually paid him more than his quote of $160.00. He was worth it!.

Two of my live oaks had been infested with wasps in the fall that deformed the branches (galls) the trees also had no shape and we thought this might be a good time to take them out. We had never liked the way they looked but didn't want to pull out healthy trees. Franks guys did an awesome job. Love the trees, so glad we did not pull them out. They have a Bonsai appearance to them now and look fantastic with our landscape lights. We have received many compliments and just could not be happier with the work they have done.

Overall, the experience has been good. They do a good job, and their prices are reasonable.

Frank came out and looked at the work that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He showed up before he said, did the work and cleaned up after.
