the owner was obnoxious and rude when we questioned his invoice. The invoice was over $2000 over the insurance adjusters quote, leaving out many of the repairs the insurance company agreed to. Sadly..They did a good job on the Roof, but it does not make up for the horrible behavior of Jay, the owner. I have never spoken to someone in a business setting that was as rude or condescending as he.
