The Missing Lynx Express is a white glove delivery/install company based out of Spring, TX, which provides on time service and quality installation for all major apppliances. We are an employee driven company, Meaning that our company's success is largely due to our employee based company which believes wholly in customer satisfaction, and we aim to provide the best possible service to our customers. We pride ourselves in providing unparalleled service to our customers by keeping them informed every step of the way, and by treating each customer as our only customer. All Missing Lynx Express personnel is put thru rigorous 3 week training at The Lynx training facility in Spring, TX. prior to joining our team. At the training facility they are taught the importance of communication, how to properly install all types of appliances and brands and most importantly how to provide an excellent, respectful experience to our customers. What makes us different from our competition is our belief that every customers time is valuable, every home is to be treated as a castle and more importantly, that every customer is to be treated as if they were family. Maintaining our focus on these 3 fundamental elements of a successful home delivery experience is our mission.
