The Heritage Painting & Contracting

My experience with Heritage Painting & Contracting was surprisingly excellent.  I say surprisingly because I have had other contractors bid or come and do jobs in my home  and my experience was than impressive.  With that being said Robert the owner of Heritage Painting & Contracting showed up promptly for our appointment.  As i explained my needs he was attentive and knowledgeable on what i needed and wanted to be done, he also gave me some suggestions on types of flooring, options i never would of thought of but loved the ideas.  The painting of the home i had  a specific color i wanted and he was able to call his vendor and make sure that they had it in stock and would be available to him if needed. I was pretty impressed by that!!   I received a bid within a day of Robert coming out.  The cost for the entire job was $17,325.00, and the time frame to complete was 5 days.  I had received other bids and they were within a few dollars of each other.  I agreed to contract Heritage Painting & Contracting for the services in my home.  Robert and his crew showed up as expected on the date they were to start the painting and were prepared.  They worked quick and effectively and tried to not inconvenience our family. At the end of each work day they cleaned up and stowed away items for the next day use which made running the household duties in the evening much less stressful.  They completed the painting and continued with my flooring and i was incredibly pleased with the outcome. I am in love with my new mini remodel and and couldn't have asked for a more professional and courteous contractor and his workers. I will say there was a few hiccups with the flooring install but they immediately rectified it which showed me that customer satisfaction was their first priority.  I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my home and our contractor.  I know now that doing a project and having contractors and workers invade your space does not have to be a stressful or horrible experience at all.  I highly recommend Heritage Painting & Contracting for any home project that you need!!

The painting was excellent. They remodeled my bathroom which was above my expectations they gave me different ideas I would have never thought of and they came in under my budget which made me real happy. They also put my new roof on cheaper than my current bids. The roof turned out wonderful I was able to pick my shingles that I wanted and came with a great warranty. Robert and his staff were professional and courteous that I had to still live in my house. They also put new siding on my house. Overall a terrific job on all projects. I definitely recommend Robert and Jackie and there staff. Juan project foreman was easy to communicate with and did every thing I asked he explained in detail what they were doing that day. Juan always kept me in the loop. On their web site their Moto our customers comes first I can truly agree with their Moto it's rare you find a contractor that really cares about every little detail. Integrity is a word often thrown around with loose and interpretative definitions.  Integrity is simply doing what you say you will do when you say you will do it.  Robert Kosack did exactly that.  We needed the job to be done by a specific date so we could move into a townhouse we have recently purchased.  I did not call him first, he was about the 4th or 5th call I made that day.  He was the only one who answered the phone, the rest were voicemail, upon which I recorded a message for the provider to call me back.  None of them called that day.  One called the day after and another called 2 days later, he said he had been out of town.  I arranged a meeting with Robert at the property, he was on time, he was informative.  We made a deal for the job and he put his people on the job when he said he would.  They were finished when he said they would be.  The paint job is really very very good.

I would hire Robert Kosack's company to do anything that they do, I would certainly hire him again for any painting.  He personally answers his phone, he returns calls and text's and he is very fair in his pricing.  What else could I ask of anyone?

Overall the project went very well.  Robert Kosack met with us personally for a thorough walk-through of the house and review of proposed work and materials to develop his estimate for job cost and duration.  His estimate was prepared timely and he negotiated with us on certain items to lower the initial estimate.  Robert was responsive to phone calls and text messages from us when we needed to ask questions, make comments, or set-up a progress meeting.  He called us whenever he needed clarification on any instructions from us before proceeding with work in that area. Robert was on-site frequently throughout the project to supervise his crew members and to perform some of the work himself.  Robert met with us for a post-construction walk-through to ensure all elements of the job had been completed to our satisfaction and to immediately remedy any item that needed attention (such as minor paint touch-ups).

Additional note:  This project performed by The Heritage Painting Company was the final major project needed to prepare our house for resale (a series of major repair projects and kitchen/bath remodeling projects performed by various other contractors had occurred from 2008-2012).  The interior of our house looked like a brand-new house.  Our Realtor was impressed.  Our house went on the market three weeks after this project was completed, received multiple offers within the first 2 days after listing, and was under contract for sale above the list price on the 3rd day after listing.  Kudos to Robert and his company for helping us to achieve a very positive outcome!

Very professional, very neat and clean, and they completed the project on time. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Work was performed satisfactorily.  We felt the fee was high for services performed.

They did an excellent job. They painted two fireplaces. They painted all of my kitchen cabinets. They painted serveral large rooms in my house. They painted and refaced my kitchen cabinets. It was very affordable.

They did a fantastic job fixing the paint job. I just can't say enough about these people. They are extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Every single thing I have asked them to do they have been able to do it and do it well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was so pleased with the 1 st project, I had them renovate our theater room including cabinetry, painting and electrical re-wiring. They also installed wiring for fans in the attic.  They’re a painting company but do a lot more than their name says.
