The company replaced all existing wood siding and trim with hardi-plank. This included removing, and rehanging drain pipes and gutters, then caulking and painting everything. All materials (tyvek vapor barrier, caulk, hardi-plank and paint) were of the highest quality. The crew was professional and on time. The contract was very clear and specific. Based on this project I fully endorse Texas Contracting & Installation and will definitely call on them again.

He was great. He fixed the problem that our insurance company found years ago. It caused a lot of water to come into the house. They sent roofers out and all they did was put tar on. These contractors found the problem and fixed it. It looks beautiful now. It was done in a timely manner and it was a great price. The siding and painting was done perfectly. Eddie came out and monitored the activity to make sure the work was being done correctly.

The contractor failed to complete the job to our satisfaction. The windows were not caulked and there was some paint over-spray on the upper windows.The quality of the painting was generally poor. The ornamental wood shutter was not repaired as agreed. These issues were subsequently noted by a certified real estate home inspector.

Their siding job was very good, but their paint over-spray was very annoying.

Texas Contracting and Installation did a great job staining the inside of the door so that the color matched the den's color. I would use them again in the future.

He did a wonderful job, it looks like the deck was built with the home instead of as an addition. They started on time and finished on time. If I ever have any other work of that type again I will certainly use them. I thought their prices were reasonable for the work they did.
