Jason arrived on time & had already recognized that the problem was probably the power supply. He bought a new power supply with him & once it was installed the desktop computer was fine. He then went to work on the laptop & before long had identified & resolved the problems. After a few more minutes he also had the printer issue solved. I am very happy with the service & will definitely use Tx. Computer Guy for any future issues.

We set up an appointment promptly per phone. He listened to my problem, informed me he charged $90/hour for home visit which he did not anticipate any more than 1 hour. He arrived at scheduled time, listened to my problem, explained things to me (a computer non-geek), removed the virus, quickly cleaned up my system, reassured me my files had not been compromised, & even helped me move my system to a new computer table. Jason was very personable, professional, & removed some excessive equipment I did not need. He also answered other computer questions I had & was never in a hurry, but careful & thorough. He was a god-send.

Watch him worked and he was very knowledgeable on the computer. I totally trust him with my computer.

Jason is our go to guy when our computers give us fits from now on. I called yesterday and explained my problem. He totally understood what I was describing, made an appt for today and was right on time. Jason is professional and patiently answered all my questions. I am very pleased to be back on track and recommend his service.

Jason is very professional and prompt. Unfortunately my laptop has a bad motherboard. Unlike the previous repair shop, he let me know what the real problem was and that the cost will be close to what the computer is worth. He spent alot of time with my computer, went beyond the call of duty. When I got it back the charge was much less than I anticipated. I highly recommend Jason for any of your computer problems. You will be glad you called him.

Had a missing DLL file and he came out and clear the problem. He also clear other problems with the system now it runs great.

I thought his rates were reasonable, and he was very prompt. I would use his service again in the future.

I googled "computer repair" in my area and found this company. I read on the website that he comes to you, that he doesn't charge a trip or service fee and that he fixes computers at the least expensive rate he can. So, I called Jason on Saturday to see if he could test my computer for viruses and repair it. He couldn't come till Monday but arrived on time. While he was there, I discovered my other laptop might have a problem as well when I received a "virus" message. He was there approximately 2.5 hours but fixed both computers and cleaned up the hard drives and they're both working great. For some reason, I had not asked what he charged before I hired him (or if it was an hourly charge, which it was) so I was a little shocked at the price. My fault. It just caught me off guard. I normally check out that sort of stuff. That may be the going price, I don't know. I AM very pleased with his work though, and his expertise, but I would advise inquiring ahead of time if cost is an issue. And it was very convenient having him come to me. In fact, if I hadn't, I wouldn't have known I had a problem with my other computer. He is a very nice guy and knows his stuff.
