Terry installed the flooring expertly. He even made cuts under several brick walls so the flooring ended underneath the wall and no baseboard or quarter round was necessary on those walls. Overall, the floors look beautiful. However, my floors are almost black and he/his crew did not clean up excess glue as they worked and they left many small glue spots on the wood floor. He came back once to remove some of the spots, but there were so many that some are still left. He did offer to come back one more time with a buffer, but I feel that this should have been addressed as he was installing the flooring. I would absolutely use him again because of his expertise--he is a real deal craftsman--but it was an inconvenience dealing with the glue spots. We have had to remove what was left as we have time.

Magnificent! Terry is a perfectionist. He was careful to allow the laminate to acclimate before installing. He pointed out a batch that had a flaw in the overlay of the pattern on the laminate (something I would have never caught.) He worked tirelessly. He made arrangements for me to go to a private showroom and bring home samples so I could make a good decision on which laminate to use. There is nothing I would change -- and excellent contractor who does an excellent job.

He is excellent. He can compare all the laminates for you and explain to you why some are better than others. He has extensive references to back up his work.
