Description of Work: My wife and were looking for a home in Houston. We got a recommendation to talk to Antonio Palazuelos as he was knowledgeable, honest, and works with you to find your home. I put $1 in how much I spent, as the commission was paid by Chesmar Homes and not me. We visited around 20 properties near the Houston Galleria area, and narrowed what we liked to the Memorial area. Good neighborhood, nice trees, good schools. My wife's parents live on the Woodlands, so we asked if he could take us to see options in The Woodlands when we having lunch. He said if we would like to do this after lunch. Once we arrived at The Woodlands, he showed us the different villages, and decided to go to see model homes in Creekside, as we wanted a new home. We visited several builders and really liked Chesmar. We then visited around 15 properties in Creekside, and decided to go with Chesmar Homes. Overall a very good experience too. Alisha Darby and Hazel are very good at their work. Everything went very well, and the two times when there were issues, they fixed them right away with just an email from our part. Antonio was the person we talked to, when there were any problems, and he was very quick to coordinate with Chesmar to sort the issues out. In our case the floor that was installed was the wrong model, so they ordered the new floor, took out the wrong floor, installed the new one with very high quality installation. We went to sign the papers and Antonio Palazuelos came with us. They gave us the keys and it was a very happy moment.
