Eric came out late in the afternoon after already having a very long day & being stuck in heavy traffic. He was very kind & very efficient. We really appreciated his willingness to come on a relatively short notice! Tanya, Eric’s wife, was also very understanding & efficient as she tried to scheduleEric’s arrival We will definitely use Sure Shot Pest Control in the future as needed.

Very professional. Wasn't trying to upsell or charge extra for the work we needed. Worked with us to customize the service, and did exactly what we wanted.

We have used Sure Shot for the past year for pest control. We have had periodic issues with ants in our house. They have been consistently courteous and professional.  On top of that, the price for the service is very good.  I highly recommend their services.

He guaranteed his work, followed up, checked in to make sure everything were still fine and he did what he said he was going to do.

they showed up on time and did what they were contracted to do.  I checked "yes" on using again, but not really sure if I would.
Guy found what he said was termite problem on garage slab and wanted $350.00 to dig trench across back & side of garage and treat area.
Now I do have a large garage, about 100' down side and across back, but I thought price was high.  Shortly after the guy left I knocked down the dirt and no indication of termites has reappeared.  So, I'll have to get some prices before contracting with anyone for future exterminating.
BTW...there have been no bugs found alive in the house.

They were punctual. Their prices were fair and they did what they said they were going to do. They didn’t charge any fee. The quality was excellent. I didn’t have any problem since.

It was good. He retreat it without extra fee. They were very responsive, on time and did what they said they were going to do. Their price was better than fair. It was a bargain because usually extermination for a single treatment would cost $125. They were on time, very professional and they knew exactly what to do.

It went very well. I had a stubborn problem w/millipedes, very common in wooded areas. Erich was super, he was very determined to get them dealt with. He and his wife make a great team. She was very pleasant and accomodating as the manager/schedular.

They did it every six months. They call me before the 6th month expires and ask me if want them to go back or no.

They did a wonderful job. They got the job done in about one hour and they treated both the inside and around the foundation on the outside. The technician was good, very professional, helpful, and answered all my questions.

Erich was extremely responsive to ALL of my questions and did great work! His prices were terrific and his customer service the same. Erich even came by on a day off to complete a requested treatment. I will absolutely be using Sure Shot Pest Control for any additional pest issues as well as annual treatments.

Erich showed up on time and as expected. He asked us what needed attention and looked at a beetle that we ran across over the past few week. He identified it as a carpet beetle and assured us the chemicals he used would eliminate the bug. It's been a month now and we haven't seen the beetle since a day or so after he sprayed.

They did a great job!  They did exactly what we asked of them.  We have set up an annual contract with them!  I would recommend their services to others.
