The guy came on time for the initial meeting but was supposed to come back.  He called a month later to say he was coming but I never showed and never heard from him again.  It was very disappointing that he did not get back to me with a quote or anything additional contact.

The owner arrived on time to review the property and to take measurements and to obtain an idea of what we were expecting in terms of size, depth and the shape of the pool and surrounding deck.

Supreme pools within a 48 hour turn around provided us pictures of the concept pool and spa with our house in the background.  From the accepted concept, we then went to Supreme's office to pick out the stone and the color of the pebble tech etc..  They proposed a system that would require low maintenance and outlined the processes and an estimate of the timing to finish the complete job including the decking and drainage. 

The pool was finished on time (looks fantastic) and the deck was poured with finish we picked out.  The deck and shaded areas came out a lot better than we expected.  Supreme also provide a "Pool School" which was very informative. 

We had to wait for the gas company to come and hook up the gas meter but in the meantime we thoroughly enjoyed the pool with several friends and family and have received nothing but complements about our new pool & spa with several water falls.  As an add on, Supreme also installed an outdoor shower which is used more than the pool at times.

Loved them! We had our pool put in while our home was being built. They paved it out according to our close date so it would not be sitting with water and construction still going. After a year here, if we have questions, they call me back very quickly or send some in out to teach me how to do something I forgot.

The pool was designed and constructed during the construction of a new home. The design process, construction and follow-up support has been flawless! This is our first pool and Supreme made the pool project a very positive experience.

We highly recommend Supreme Pools and Spas. We were so satisfied with the results from our last pool, we used them for our new home and have recommeded them to our friends and neighbors. BJ came up with a great pool design and Wendy helped us with a wondeful tile choice. One of the primary reasons we chose Supreme Pools is they have their own electricians, plumbers and concrete/ tile installers. They are not trying to find subcontractors to do their work! In Houston there are too many pool installers that can leave you with a half finished pool. You can be confident in choosing Supreme Pools to design and construct a quality pool for your family. One item that we would recommend that you consider is the PebbleTec pool finish instead of plaster. PebbleTec is durable, looks great and comes in a variety of colors.

The process went very smoothly. Everything we were told and promised would be done- got done. We were told it would take 4-5 weeks if weather cooperated, which it did. We are very happy with our pool and 3.5 years later are still very happy with our pool.

All of our work was done expeditiously. Subcontractors showed up one after the other with no real gaps. The pool/spa/deck was done in 4 weeks Actually we had water in it after week 3 but the acrylic spay deck was not done until week 4. All of the subs were polite and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. When the pool was complete, a guy came out to show us how to operate all the equipment and do regular maintenance. He did an ok job. Didn't spend a whole lot of time or leave any written or printed reference. The folks at the Supreme office have been very responsive to questions by phone and frankly, a lot of pool companies have great reference videos on YouTube to address specific questions.

It was good. I looked at reviews before I contacted them. The price was right and the reviews were positive on Angie's list. The guy I was dealing with was Raymond and he was very good. They had different shapes and sizes you could get. I asked them to build it as big as they could. They are pretty good at managing it. There was some mis-communication as we did change the design. The subcontractors arrived with the old design. The changes were not conveyed to the subcontractors. We got a hot tub also. The design was the right one. The guy I was dealing with was very easy to work with. They also gave the best price. They were happy to change the shape of the pool. They made it slightly smaller. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

They were very good, easy and available. I just called them and they send somebody out.

Supreme Pools and Spas has won the bid against other people around here so I guess they were more competitive. I think the overall design was excellent and the quality of the workmanship from themselves and the subcontractor was really very good to. I can't think of anything that was not what we originally ask for and they give great choices of the tiling, stub out, coping and everything. In three months, we have the pool operating and so far is doing pretty good. The quality of work was excellent.

Company has been in business for a long time in the Spring area and has a
big building on Kuykendahl with a pool and materials on site for
customers to see. They jumped through all the hoops required by my
lending company in order to get our pool escrowed into our mortgage -
this was HUGE for us and much appreciated. They also provided beautiful
drawings and got the job done pretty much when they said they would. All
things considered, at the end of the day we have a great pool built by a
reputable company. My only issue is that when it comes to after
service, they can be rather trite and disinterested. Rather irksome when
you just handed them $45,000.00.

I am a big proponent of on line research so as our starting point so we did not even talk to anyone who didn't show up favorably in on line searches: (i.e. customer comments, Better Business Beaureau, local pool builders association). After that screen we talked to 5 pool builders. Some were higher priced, some were lower. Supreme does not have a flashy sales pitch but they have the right combination of quality and price and they were exremely responsive. BJ must drive his family nuts with his phone because emails are always returned in a matter of hours regardless of if its the evening or weekend - he is always prompt. He was there the day we closed on our house to get the paperwork signed for the permit and began construction the day after the permit was issued. Every day including Saturdays there were large professional crews in our yard working on the pool. I assume they were sub-contractors doing the actual work - but watching them it became clear that Supreme does a really good job selecting them. They were amazing - they never rested - and the attention to detail was unsurpassed. I still can't believe how level our flagstone is and what a good job they did on the waterfall. Supreme built us a quality pool and spa as quickly and as efficiently as possible and I would highly recommend them.

Went well

The salesman was very easy going and low pressure. He made all options available and was able to design exactly what we wanted. He sent us a computer rendered design for review, and we were able to go in to the office and pick our tile, coping and pavers by looking at their samples. They had a pool on site that we could also look at. During construction we had the regular hiccups (bad weather, freezing temps and snow) and surprises (large elevation change in the yard) through the process, but they clearly knew how to handle everything and the process went very smoothly. As issues came up they addressed them. Only complaint we had was that we felt there could have been better communication. I always find this an issue with contractors, though, so maybe its just me. We felt the price was very competitive compared to the other pool companies we got quotes from. We started by getting recommendations and then went through the bid process. They were probably the cheapest out of 5 companies. We did upgrade some things, we used Belgard pavers, Pebbletec, a rock waterfall and a chlorine/ozone system. They were very fast, and the pool was completed in exactly 4 weeks, even with the crazy weather. They excavated in one day and added gunite the next. When they were on site, the crews (including all the subs) were fast and efficient. On days when I would freak out about how my yard looked like a war zone, they were actually very calming and would make me feel more comfortable about what was going on every step of the process. I later learned that when you put in a pool, it is pretty common to freak out about the mess. It does get better! Especially with Supreme Pools.

I had a very good experience working with Supreme Pools and Spas. They were responsive to my questions. At the end of the job there were some things that needed to be fixed and they came right back out to fix them. I had a very positive experience overall.

Supreme Pools had been cleaning our pool for several years, so we got an estimate from them. Some people that we got through them actually re-plastered our pool. It took about a week for them to finish the project. They had done a very good job and we were very pleased with it.

This was our first pool project. The sales process was low key with salesman making sure we wanted each and every option and discussed the positives and negatives of each option. Did not feel he was trying to sell us more pool that we wanted. The design of the pool was superior to other companies that quoted our pool. The company was not the cheapest, but was within a 5% of the lowest bid received from another vendor. The pool construction process followed the outline provided to us, except the pool took 8 weeks to install rather than the 3-5 weeks promised. We believe the reason was that they had too many pools in progress (late July-Aug). Regardless, we were expecting it to 6-8 weeks. The pool exceeds our expectations and we are very happy with it.

Very good. Pool installed from start to finish in one month. Very good clean up. No problems.
