Superior Pest and Termite has always been professional and responsive when we have (rarely) needed him in between our usual quarterly maintenance visits.

We had some issues with ants and he suggested buying something from Wal-Mart, which was cheaper. So he didn?t try to rip us off. They are usually early than they say.

It is a small company and he has limited staff working for him, but they always show up on time. They take precautionary measures when they come in the house for pest control. Whenever I call them with a problem, they come out within 48 hours and take care of the problem without any charges. They always call two days before they want to come for the regular work to fix an appointment.
